Where is Felos challenging the constitutionality of Terri's Law? Is he again before George W. Greer? Or is he before Demers? The appeals court? The news reports have been vague about that. I would think that Felos is getting the judge most favorable to him.

How did the guardian ad litem issue come before Demers in the first place? Where is George W. Greer now?

PRAISE GOD! HOLY! HOLY! HOLY!!!!

Let's lift up the Schindler's in a mighty way! When you have the time...could you prepare another prayer, your words are so deep and so express what is on so many hearts.

I expect all of us so want ears and hearts to be opened to their desparate struggle to save their daugther from slaughter, to move people to action.

The Schindler's not only have to undergo a devastating day to day, minute to minute struggle to save the life of their daughter, but they have to somehow, maintain a stance that is acceptable to the major media they face this upcoming week. Impossible.

I would be crying out for help....shouting, screaming at the injustice...how they do it, tho in part, I am sure, from the longevity of this struggle and knowing that emotionalism can be discounted by many, is beyond me. ( Truthfully- I hope some of their deep emotion seeps thru ) Dunno what is best in terms of media, but GOD does! Thanks!

When I did a search for Jodi Centonzi... all kinds of stuff came up including the name Scott Blough... maybe he is her brother or ex husband??
Anyway, I did a search for Scott Blough and he apparently has had some dealing with Country wide funding and home loans..and if you do a search for Stanton Tripodis, you will see that he also has had dealings with the same co. Could this have something to do with the moblie home thing??

It seems to me that regardless of Demers' party, he will be strongly inclined to protect George W. Greer's mismanagement of this case. He already is openly lukewarm at best toward Terri's fight.

I think the only way we can find out what the exhibit's were is if we can find a complete trial transcript. Other than that I am at a loss. Have you gone to the Dr Prawer malpractise case yet? Why does the name Dr Ingel(Sp) sound so familiar?
