This is the Roe v Wade of our time. That is why so many are so angry at the GOP and Bush. Roe v Wade defined legally when life begins, at birth, now Terry will define life ends when you can no longer communicate clearly a desire to live. We just can not let that happen. And any so called leader that walks away ain't worth squat.

Beware anyone getting on one of these Terri Schiavo supporter threads. Mostly irrational people post on these threads who are not based in reality. If you want to maintain your own sanity, get off this thread now, and leave it to the zealots to fight amongst themselves. There will be no logical or rational discourse on this thread.

So, save yourself from bad vibes by going to any thread other than a Schiavo one. Don't waste your breath or raise your blood pressure unnecessarily. I can guarantee that will be the effect on you if you stay here very long and are a normal person who bases your views on intellect rather than emotion. Warning, warning, warning!

Yesterday, at MHGinTN's request for some links, I revisited a lot of old articles from that time, and it was "not our finest hour." The pointless acrimony left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

For anyone who gives a rip, my position, and reasons behind it, are in replies # 365 & 349 in this post. While I could elaborate on them, it would be empty verbage... those two replies stand as a summation, and I am not interested in arguing- you either "get" life versus death, or you don't.

I tolerated his abrasive personality, and bigotry against all things religious prior to Terri's fight, because he did talk about subjects people need to know about-- but then, he went too far. No more Boortz in this house or on the road, ever.
