Nobody knows the truth of what happened the night Natalee H. disappeared except those men in jail. So we can speculate until the cows come home, but until one or more of those men decide to confess or tell the truth, we're left with questions and not many answers.

In my opinion Daddy VDS went to the gate because he finally saw the cameras and everyone outside the gate knew he was hiding in the bushes. Daddy VDS knew it would look like he was hiding from the "public eye" (not just the group outside the gate) at that moment because of the cameras (he had to see them and know they were filming). If he would have hurried back into the house then it would have really looked bad, as in guilty - something to hide. (Think about how it would have been covered on Greta's show if he would have hurried back into the house and never came to the gate or if he would have came to the gate acting like a prick.)

He came out and invited Beth and Greta in because he was backed into a corner (smart move by Greta and Beth), but he quickly asked for them to turn off the cameras.

Daddy VDS knows something... Mommy VDS does not.
When Beth came out she seemed to be stunned and numb, as if something gave her a bone chilling feeling while she was in there. We all have to remember that the mother was in Holland and probably know nothing (zero), but I suspect that Daddy VDS knows something or he helped Joran in some way.

Somethings I learned last night when watching Greta's Show again before going to bed.

I learned that Joran had been sent away for anger management, Greta asked Mommy VDS about this and she said that she sent him away because his father was away at school studying to be a judge and that she was raising him basically on her own and Joran had some problems and that Mom dealt with by sending Joran to some type of anger management school.

The casino incident where Natalee was asking Joran to win some money back for her, happened Sunday evening. (not Sunday day like I thought)

There is no proof that Daddy VDS was out at 3am. It is still a mystery of how Joran got back home that night and what time it was. Daddy cannot recall if he woke Joran up for school on Monday morning or not. So we still don't know if Joran attended classes on Monday (this has not been leaked out as of yet.)

Again I believe that the email is from Deepak... I believe the time line in it up until 1:00 am (when Natalee got into the car with all 3 of them). I was the one that said there are some truths in the email (there are always truths mixed in with the lies) and the shark statement is VERY ODD. There was no reason for him to say SHARKS. He simply could have said Natalee wanted to see the California Light House, unless Natalee did ask for them to show her some sharks. (of course from a safe distance). We have to remember that Natalee is a premed student, so biology and marine life probably great interest to her to some degree.

So we have 3 boys... Joran snuck out and the other 2 probably did not have to sneak out because they were older.
We don't know when any of them made it home.

Chances are the police suspect that Joran's father plays a role in this and is likely that the brothers story of dropping Natalee and Joran off by the Marriott may be true and the police may also believe it. Right now I would guess that Daddy VDS is being watched carefully. All the cars have been taken to Holland to be inspect in a CSI lab. The was reported last night.

Fox is just reporting that Joran has been taken to the Prison finally.

Beth says she has the conformation she needed and got that from the 90 minute meeting with Jaron's parents and that more people need to be pursued. My guess is she senses Daddy VDS knows something or he is part of it.

Thanks. Maybe he does pilot the water taxi or maybe filled in for the Captain, like a second mate. I noticed the party boat has beds. Probably in case someone over indulges.

The two security guards who were first arrested were formally charged, based on the lies of the three who were the last ones with Natalee and are suspects in her disappearance. And none of these guys have been formerly charged, regardless of the fact they've continued to change their stories. The Aruban authorities have not utilized the FBI like they should.

Have they released any details about their investigation?

No, and that's a big problem. What we do know doesn't shed a good light on their competence. It has been reported that the suspects, are from privileged families.

In addition, it is Dutch procedure not to make the investigation public. In fact, it is my understanding that it is Dutch procedure not to even release the names of the accused.

Again, this is completely false. Papa VDS was at first supposed to be a "high judiciary official," then just a judge, then a judge-in-training, and now we know that he merely has a masters in law and is the equivalent of a civil servant. The two brothers are not even Dutch or Aruban.

I wondered how he got to the casino after dad brought him home from McD's.

No investigations in central america or mehico. I am aware of the corruption in those locations per say high crimes and misdemeanors. What about you? Are you a law enforcement officer?

So are we to remain silent when this happens to Americans? Presently, were are talkng about Natalee, not the past unsolved crimes to which you mentioned.

Cherry, thank you for your response. To avoid the perception of any impropriety this should have been done. As to the interrogations the host country will conduct those we observe. By the Aruban authorites not allowing the FBI inside VDS's house(to observe) it appears they are hiding something or not wanting the FBI to see any possible evidence.

The FBI has 1000 % more experience than this local yokels of Aruba and they sure as hell need some help (big time) This wholl investigation by the Arububs has been a SNAFU and CYA in the quest for crime solving/justice. NSNR

Its funnyou mention how NAtalee's mom struck you when she left. I thought the exact same thing. I thought it looked like she nearly stumbled out that gate. She must have got the confirmation that he is holding back important information. I'm glad Greta mentioned the hand wringing!
