I guess one has to survive the more obvious symptoms of alcohol poisoning to develop CVST from the dehydrating effects?

Chuck Norris’ beer mug holds 60 pints, and he has three mugs before breakfast.

15 pints a day will not lead to alcohol poisoning in a healthy individual.

A scan of his brain's blood vessels confirmed ... that he was Ted Kennedy.

The leading cause of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis is a roundhouse kick from Chuck Norris.

Presumably these were 20 oz Imperial pints and not 16 oz pints.
So that works out to a little more than one case of beer a day in US terms.
Pretty hard core.

"...the patient revealed he had consumed 60 pints in the last four days - prompted by 'a domestic crisis'." I used to engage in similar behavior, but my binges were probably more appropriately characterized as having resulted from "import" crises.

Probably a long shot, but perhaps he wasn’t used to drinking?

The leading cause of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis is a roundhouse kick from Chuck Norris. Can't be. A roundhouse kick from Chuck Norris would decapitate the receiver, his whole family, and the guy standing next to him.
