DNC steps in to silence lawsuit over Obama birth certificate

The man suing Sen. Barack Obama and the Democratic National Committee for proof of Obama's American citizenship is outraged that his own party – rather than just providing the birth certificate he seeks – would step in to silence him by filing a motion to dismiss his lawsuit.

As WND reported, prominent Pennsylvania Democrat and attorney Philip J. Berg filed suit in U.S. District Court two months ago claiming Obama is not a natural-born U.S. citizen and therefore not eligible to be elected president. Berg has since challenged Obama publicly that if the candidate will simply produce authorized proof of citizenship, he'll drop the suit.

Berg told WND the longer the DNC tries to ignore his lawsuit or make it go away – instead of just providing the documents – the more convinced he is that his accusations are correct.

The founding fathers of this country had a good reason for requiring certain things. Hussein’s involvement with the communist Ayers and entanglement with Alinsky’s communist principles is a clue to the clear and present danger. The MSM with its stylish insistence on not being seen as “prejudiced” will not bring up any problem with Obama.

The Democratic Party is now tantamount with the Communist Party at this point.

In addition to this, the document is a “Certification of Live Birth”, which is not the same as a “Certificate of Live Birth.”

I found this on the State of Hawaii website (page 7 in the pdf linked below). It is actually part of a document describing some program for native Hawaiians to purchase land, but it does offer this interesting description of the Certificate of Live Birth vs. the Certification:

“In order to process your application, DHHL utilizes information that is found only on the original Certificate of Live Birth, which is either black or green. This is a more complete record of your birth than the Certification of Live Birth (a computer-generated printout). Submitting the original Certificate of Live Birth will save you time and money since the computer-generated Certification requires additional verification by DHHL.

When requesting a certified copy of your birth certificate from the Vital Records Section of DOH, let the clerk know you are requesting it “For DHHL Purposes,” and that you need a copy of the original Certificate of Live Birth and not the computer-generated Certification.”

So let me get this straight...the Certification of Live Birth alone isn’t sufficient to prove eligibility to take part in this state program...but we are supposed to accept it as proof of eligibility for the Presidency of the United States!??!

I'm not wrong, and not on drugs. If a foreigner is knowingly allowed to infiltrate the executive branch of the US government and action is knowingly impeded, it simply means the country is no longer the US. The government and Constitution would have to be overthrown, not just ignored. No matter how badly you want to paint the situation in our country right now, it is not that bad. The majority of Americans would not stand for such a thing, and he would be dealt with. The paranoia here is getting a little out of hand.

NSA is NOT charged with protecting the presidency !
It is a intelligence agency like CIA, only its specialty is signals intelligence(i.e., gathering and analyzing foreign communications) protecting US government communication(i.e. making USG codes & procedures secure.)
You must be thinking about the Secret Service when you say protecting the presidency, and they only protect the presidential person.
It's the job of the citizenry to protect the presidency & our the integrity of our governing institutions. A job we seem to be not interested in doing.

Your understanding is correct. The 12th Amendment requires that each elector cast one vote for president and one for veep...Biden is NOT on the ballot for President, so McCain would take the votes in case of Hussein’s ineligibility.
