Even if the real COLB showed that Obamugbe was born in Kenya and documents prove that he was educated in Indonesian muslim hadrassas and that he went to Pakistan while in college, it would all be to no avail. HE IS THE ONE! THE ONLY ONE! AND THAT IS THAT! It will not change any liberal’s mind. It will not change one IOTA of where we are today. He would be elected. NOBODY would bring suit in federal court to remove him from office because they cannot. The only body that can remove him from office is the US SENATE with a bill of Impeachment from the House of Representatives, and that simply will not happen! EVEN IF THE GOP WERE IN FULL COMMAND OF BOTH HOUSES! SO you might as well be tilting at windmills, for all the good it will do. The Constitutional requirements at this point are meaningless................
What did it report on the interview.
Those of us who cannot listen at the moment would love a synopsis.
Here are some of the highlights:
The birth certificate presented online is not to the standard that was in place at that time (refering to “African” listed as dad’s heritage - back in the 60’s they were called “Colored” or “Negroes”).
They are looking at the sequence of the BC # listed on one of BHO’s posted.
Someone in the news organization has more info but they have not broken a story yet (nothing more about that).
Someone will be sent to investigate with Hawaii Dept. of Health Vital Statistics. (My sense is that this will all happen at a ‘snail’s pace’ — or after the Election/Inauguration).
I think the drop dead date may be the first Wednesday after the second Tuesday in December. That is when the electoral college gathers in their state capitols and casts their votes.
Doesn’t matter. Even if THE ONE is shown on TV with a AK-47 in a cave in Pakistan shouting “ALLAHU AKHBAR! DEATH TO ISRAEL!” the Electoral college would still vote the way that they are instructed........
Nothing ever happened to the Clintons. Since Obama’s has gotten this far, I guess nothing will ever happen to him too.
Their little ACORN movement must have infiltrated everything in our gov.

The Hawaiian cert numbers are issued in some serial number order, close to birth order, depending on when the certificate is officially filed. When Obama first put out the photo-images of his cert some months ago the cert number was blacked out. We could not understand why. The Hawaiian official Janice Okubo, Secretary of State, made at that time what is an in-retrospect spurious and unsupportable claim that the reason was that if someone knew the cert number they could break into the system.
After the Obamas vacationed in Hawaii this summer, the Annenberg FactCheck.Org site was permitted to re-photograph Obama's COLB held in a safe at the Obama Chicago office. Those photographs revealed the once-blacked out number.
Many suspect the COLB's so far "imaged" have been forgeries. Thus the Certificate Number on the new images may be critical. Does someone else besides Obama, someone born in Hawaii around the beginning of August 1961 have that number? If so that is almost certain proof of fraud.
Maybe these investigator are pursuing that angle -- it is an approach which requires some persistence and luck, but does NOT require that Hawaii release any more records, if one can run down the names listed in those archival newspaper birth notices can provide their birth cert numbers.

That would be interesting. I have written about it. If Hillary has documentation, she could wait to use it until after the election and leak it to a friendly media source. The Electoral College may choose Biden at that point. But they could choose Hillary. What a way for her to win the presidency. The ultimate Clintonesque operation.
I think it ultimately makes a difference. The US Constitution is quite clear. You have to be a natural-born citizen to be “eligible to the Office of President.” It seems to me that if it is revealed in, say, June, 2009, that Obama is not a natural-born citizen, then the motion to impeach is essentially pro forma, followed by a pro forma vote. The matter is simply stated and simply resolved. There’s no question.
I know I am being naive. There is no way that the Democrats would give up the office.
I also think that this speculation regarding Obama’s birth is fruitless. I am pretty confident that he meets the natural-born criterion. But if he doesn’t....

That helps explain why the tape of Obama dissing the Constitution was no big deal to many. This may well be why Obama doesn’t support the Constitution.
I also remember bloggers claiming that if we had the Vital Stat number, we could verify the info on file at the Hawaiian Dept. of Health.
I don’t remember seeing any bloggers post as to whether that was done.
What do you think happens if they split their votes between the two?

I am not the only one to warn you on it, either.
We think that what happened is that when he went to Hawaii, they went through the list of early August births until they found a number (and name) that was terminated at some fairly early stage of life and used that number.
But that is just speculation. What may have happened is that Stanley Ann returned from Kenya with Obama and registered his birth on August 8 as a home birth or some other event; that Obama did not possess a copy of the original document because of his several changes of nationality in the interim; and thus the people who posted the forgery did not have the correct number which Obama obtained when he went to Hawaii.
They didn't have a number they could vet before then which is why they blacked out the number on the fake certificate.
My interest is as I always state - family histories. I never thought when I followed Howard Hughes Jr, that one day I would be following a certain senator. I had accessed a site- snarkybytes.com. I hope they will not mind my mention of it. A gentleman, the son of a serving officer and a nurse was kind enough to have his long form of birth shown. It was a scant two years after Obama was born and was in Honolulu.
Now if one goes to item 7c on the long form here is what is above the block that is to be filled in.

Of course it just states for Honolulu. I do not know the circumstances as to why this area is designated. Very useful indeed of course. Having said that, I try to envisualise a vulnerable young woman. She was even only 17 years old when she became pregnant. This is speculation on my part.
Would she have left Honolulu, when her strong right arm was her mother? Still, I think Senator Obama does need to make a statement.

If certified by the new congress in January but before an inauguration, I would believe that Plugs would be the president.

The ANNENBERG Public Policy Center at the University of Pennsylvania is the organization behind the FactCheck.org website that is being consulted OFTEN by voters and media personalities alike to help them form opinions on the “truthfulness” of the claims being made by the McCain and Obama political ads as well as statements made on the Campaign Trail and in Presidential and Vice Presidential debates.
Kathleen Hall Jamieson, Ph.D. is the Director of the ANNENBERG Public Policy Center at the University of Pennsylvania which is the organization BEHIND the FactCheck.org “truthfulness” website.

The fact is, the ANNENBERG Public Policy Center (APPC), the sponsoring agency behind FastCheck.org, is itself supported by the same foundation, the ANNENBERG FOUNDATION, that Bill Ayers secured the 49.2 million dollars from to create the Chicago ANNENBERG Challenge “philanthropic” organization in which Barack Obama was the founding Chairman of the Board for and Ayers served as the grant writer of and co-Chair of for its two operating arms.
Does the LEFT have no conscience at all?
FactCheck.org is NOT going to “help” clear up anything about Obama’s birth certificate controversy.
That organization will only spread disinformation (i.e. pure crap).

The factCheck document has a styilized seal, and the one and only official seal of the “State of Hawaii Department of Health” seal is completely different.

Obama has been to Hawaii twice, he could have easily gone to the Vital records office and gotten his Vault copy, however he did NOT.
He could have even requested it at any time. He did not.
The long form would have what doctor and witnesses were there at his birth.
Currently the ONLY witnesses we have are all from HIS family, who state that they were there when he was born and they state he was born in Kenya.
Obama’s sister Maya was born in Jakarta, Indonesia, but Anna Dunham registered her as “born in Honolulu” shortly after her birth. Maya has a State of Hawaii Certificate of Live Birth, just like Obama. A known person who was born outside the country with a Hawaiian COLB.
I suppose it would be illegal to buy a few of them off ?
