Attorney Taitz filed a NOTICE OF MOTION AND MOTION to Expedite authentication, MOTION for Issuance of Letters Rogatory for authenticity of Kenyan birth certificate filed by Plaintiff Alan Keyes PhD.

There’s a simple answer for the forms looking different.
In 48 years the forms may have changed into what has been presented by Smith.
The form the Orly has is different than the one the one that Smith has. Why? Because one is a Certified request for a Certificate of Live Birth and the other is an actual copy of the official Birth Certificates information only in a newer form.
There is another more important difference. Orly’s came from a registry while Smith’s comes from the Hospital itself. the Registry might have only the information to put onto a form. The hospital might keep the footprint and original document. But I am only making a guess. Right now the best to hope for is that WND will get us some info within a couple of days from Kenya. Hopefully Smith is once again talking to WND.
Years ago many members of an extended family lived under one roof and it was common for two or more of them to have the same name.
The father would be Sr. and his son would be Jr. If the grandfather and grandson (but not the father) had the same name the grandson would not be Jr., he would be II. Similarly if a nephew had the same name as someone else living in the house he would be II rather than Jr.
Some uninformed people think II sounds classier than Jr. Obama is obviously one of them.

How his name should be spelled and how his mother spelled it are two different things. Maybe Stanley didn’t know any better. Remember she was American and Americans would use the BaraCk spelling if they didn’t know any better

Roger Calero was allowed to be a communist Socialist Workers Party candidate for POTUS on the election ballots of most states, yet he is a naturalizeed citizen of the U.S., born in Nicaragua, and certainly not eligible to the Office of the President in acordancde with the Constitution under any conceivable circumstances. So, there is direct and incontrovertible proof THEY, whoever THEY are, certainly can and do allow ineligible candidates to be on the election ballots.

How do you suppose it looks when the GOP and/or members of the GOP are complicit in allowing multiple ineligible candidates to participate in the elections. Do not forget that the GOP elected Chester Arthur as Vice President and permitted him to succeed Garfiled as President while Chester Arthur was no more eligible to serve as VPOTUS or POTUS than Barack Hussein Obama Jr. aka Barry Dunham, aka Barry Soetoto, etc. How do you suppose it looks when any political party and its members permit gross violatons of the U.S. Constitution without lawful and meaningful opposition and resistance?

Those foot print certificates from the hospitals in America are not legal documents...
They could not be used to get the child into kindergarten at the time they were given to the mom to take home from the hospital and i doubt if they still can...
In 1974 and 1979 mine were described as a nice keepsake and nothing more...
Did Hawaii hospitals do foot prints in 1961 ???

Long history of the Obama family with school, missionary teachers etc...Obama’ s cousin burned several Christians in a church. It may be their way of getting back. Notice the clip board? At the very end of the video, there’s just a glimpse of the Kenya landscrape and a building with a small high window. Roofline resembles a school I saw a picture of recently.
Hope he and the document get safely out of Kenya. Others have not been as lucky.
If he took the original back to Kenya just to film the video, he is too crazy for his own personal welfare. He was in the states a month ago trying to auction the doc off on Ebay and, I believe he said he had the doc then and was prepared to meet with and present it to the highest bidder on the steps of the Iowa state capitol building.
Footprints are not that dumb an idea. An infant’s fingerprint is not well developed at birth but a foot print is much more so. Once the print is created, it does not change whether the print is on the finger or the foot. I wish that all birth certificates in the world today had a self-proving feature like a footprint which would reduce the rampant fraud that exists in this area. Stop and think about it, how else can you link a document to the individual who claims a birth certificate is his offical document.
