Bill Gates has made his scholarship fund off limits to white teenagers. The Gates Millennium Scholarship fund is financed by a $1 Billion endowment Bill Gates made in 1999. The fund explicitly denies eligibility to white students.

No he can’t. If he specified whites only all hell would break loose, or even if he specified all races except for black, all hell would break loose. This is the new racism and we are just taking it, and it doesn’t matter that Gates is white, it is still racism.

I agree with you in theory that he should be able to give the money to whom he wants and if that was actually the case, that he could give it to whites only etc, then so be it.

Justification? He doesn't need one.
But if you read the requirements to even apply, he tells you. Hiring is not the same thing as scholarships.
