Dullest speech I have ever heard from Obama. Absolutely no excitement in his voice. No emotion in his voice. Very weird.

Last night some guy reporting from Europe got cut short on CNBC. He was saying that US banks were telling Europeans that they were being ordered by regulators to NOT increase exsposure in EU swaps. Later in the evening, CNBC reported that US banks were not increasing exposure....as if it was of their own accord.
