That's a rather generous assumption.
They never 'lost' track of these weapons because they never attempted to track them in the first place. That was not the mission objective of Operation Gun Walker.
Eric Holder would not make a complete dramatization of the events to protect himself and his boss, would he?
This HAD to have come from the top. There are no clues that this may have been a rogue operation.
Deniability becomes ever more implausible.
This is going to make Watergate look like a rainy Sunday afternoon at the park.
It is not the crime, but the cover-up, that makes the case so devastating.

I’ll take issue with that. Laws were indeed broken here. They had to be broken to get the guns in the hands of the bad guys. That alone should be sufficient to get rid of Holder and put him in a cell. Uhbama will just suffer collateral damage as he should.

This was an attempt to blame Americans and American gun dealers for border gun related violence hence build a case for stricter gun control laws. A general purge of this administration is in order.
“Reality” contradicts Holder and the White House!

All the White House wanted was a “problem”, which could only be solved by GUN CONTROL!
Until we the people have real power to force the law to be enforced, the crooks in government will always get away with lucrative means to a soft, cushiony life until they die. Communists and crooks always disable the alarms and shackle the guards first, and then they can ransack the place with impunity. That’s why the most pressing and serious issue this nation faces is actually not the economy, but the lawlessness within our own government agencies, bureaucracies, and law enforcement.
When the entire system closed their eyes to all the evidence and instead gave the keys of the kingdom to a man guilty of forgery, perjury, and extortion just to cover up his ineligibility, we entered a new phase of existence: covert takeover of the entire system so the communist ransacking of this nation could begin in earnest.
Serious as a heart attack, but because they threatened the media with loss of careers, lives, and families, the Obamafia got even “conservatives” to consider the lawlessness to be a big joke.
Anybody who is still laughing at that “joke” is officially brain-dead. We have an all-out communist takeover of the law enforcement system in this nation.
Right now the person in the White House can declare any US citizen to be an enemy combatant and have us shot down, no questions asked, no trial, nothing. And nobody will ever prosecute him for murder. Total lawlessness. Makes it even more ominous when you realize that Janet Napolitano has sent memos to law enforcement saying that pro-life and small-government advocates are to be considered potential terrorists.
Of course not. LIED, yes ... but misled, never.
