New Hampshire lawmakers question Obama’s citizenship

Larry Rappaport of Colebrook, N.H., “but I think fraud is being perpetrated on the citizens of New Hampshire.” Mr. Rappaport and several GOP colleagues have been trying to get the New Hampshire secretary of state to remove Mr. Obama from the ballot. Besides that...when he said “I don’t know where he was born, and I really don’t care,” he actually confirmed that he DOES NOT believe that Birth Certificate that Obama magically had prepared in response to Trump's pressure. If nothing else, Trump forced Obama to do something after years of ignoring the question in the minds of Americans. And, IMHO, I believe that what he did was to have a phony BC produced.

I keep trying to address this but my message doesn't seem to be getting any traction. I think Obama's "long form" birth certificate is a REAL replacement birth certificate issued by Hawaii as a result of Obama's adoption by his Grandparents. When a child is adopted in any state, the state creates a new replacement birth certificate which is designed to look real to a casual observer. I know this better than most because *I* am adopted and *I* have one of these replacement birth certificates.

What Obama has been given by the State of Hawaii is a State Fabricated replacement birth certificate because his original is sealed by court order due to his adoption. It is not his original birth certificate, but it is a legitimate birth certificate as far as the state of Hawaii is concerned.

Think about it. This idea makes perfect sense.

Whatever his real birth-citizenship status is there is absolute proof that he committed a fraud on the American people by showing them a horrible hack job of a computer-generated long form birth certificate.

Let me offer an alternative explanation. I suggest that what he has shown is an Actual birth certificate created by the Hawaii Dept of Health. When a child is adopted, the normal process in any state is for the adoption court to seal the original birth certificate, and then order the State to produce a "replacement" birth certificate.

These "replacement" birth certificates are created by the state so as to make it appear to any casual observer that the child was actually born to the adoptive parents. I know this for a fact because I have one of these replacement birth certificate. (I was adopted when I was five, but it was never a secret to me.)

I think Obama was adopted by his Grandparents in 1971 after his mom abandoned him and went back to Indonesia. I think Obama has since gone to court to have his adoption reversed, or overturned, or some such, and the document he has been waving around is the result of a court order to create him a new replacement document.

I think it was MADE by the State of Hawaii, and is therefore a legal, albeit not original document. Hawaii is STILL HIDING his original document.

A second ping to a very telling point at post #59.

I actually find this a very interesting statement. Especially since the Democrats would like to do everything in their power to divert attention away from jobs and the economy - mostly since Obama has destroyed what economy we did have.

This statement implies that they are even more afraid of the NBC issue than the economic malaise we are currently suffering!

The whole place of birth question and the questions around the document supplied by the WH are just red herrings used to confuse ignorant people and ridicule opponents. The only question that matters is whether or not zero is NBC and based on his own version of the (phony) BC, he is not because his father was not a citizen.

I do not believe that is the only issue. I think another issue is that a Presidential candidate should not be allowed to hide his proof of citizenship from the public. Obama should have been compelled to produce his bona-fide birth certificate regardless of what it shows.

A Presidential candidate should not be entitled to any privacy regarding his citizenship status.

More likely he will introduce a document (similar to the Pelosi OCON) from Debbie Wasserman-Schultz stating that the DNC has certified that Obama meets the constitutional requirements to hold office.

If you need any more evidence, consider this. HI changed their ‘rules’ so as to violate their actual laws, all in order to put LF BCs off limits. Now, in true post modern style, they say short forms equal LFs, and expect intelligent people to fall in line. If a person comes to them and points out that according to law he [Virginia Sunahara’s brother] is entitled to the original LF BC of his own sister, they refuse.

I wouldn't read anything too much into the quotes from Buckley (Dem state chair in New Hampshire). All he is doing is giving the standard Obamaton talking points in response to a question on the constitutional eligibility issue. Their strategy has always been to marginalize those of us who want to observe and live by the Constitution as kooks of one kind or another, and that's exactly the card that Buckley is playing here. They clearly don't want to prove that Zero is a natural born citizen because they can't.

None of this would have succeeded w’out decades of public school dumbing down/anti-USA propaganda. If our public school curricula isn’t turned around the country is down the tubes w or w’out Obama. This is such a critical issue. I wish one of the candidates was taking it seriously.
