Today We Must Flood Rush's Radio Show With Pleas For Him to Take A Stand in Florida
1/30/12 | Vanity

Posted on 01/30/2012 9:28:20 AM PST by OneVike

I have listened to rush Limbaugh since he was still in Sacramento Ca.. I listen to him every day from Monday to Friday. Even if I am on vacation I do my best to listen to him. It is not because I agree with him, but because he agrees with the vast majority of things I do. I even watched his show when it was on television. I own every news letter he ever put out, even the very first one. I joined in when he helped fire us up to defeat Hilarycare by protesting with other conservatives in Chico where I live. It was a great year, because that protest across the country helped bring the first republican House in almost 50 years.

Well, today we live in a time that sees America's very existence as a sovereign free nation, near an end, and it is my belief that Rush Limbaugh can turn the tide as he did almost 20 years ago. Rush, as you all know, lives in Florida and he has already voted, or he will vote tomorrow. I implore each and everyone of my fellow Freepers to call his show, and plead with his patriotism to step up and help us stop the cultist, Mitt Romney, from winning Florida's 50 delegates.

I have already began calling his show, and every-time I get a busy tone, I redial again. Let us all pin him to the wall, and force him to take a stance.

I am a registered Republican, and I try to stay as unbiased as possible [but not so around close friends, family] as you can pretty much see when I write. I am not here to influence anyone-I like the research and sometimes I must censor myself, and sometimes it is very difficult to do. I do my own research, state my opinions, but whom I will vote for is entirely my business.

I will say I was thinking of changing to Independent status-but have not bothered to do so as of yet-and may remain just as I am.

I never listen to MSNBC or would make my blood boil.

I will vote against Obama.

However I was impressed with an article I posted yesterday and it is quite telling even though I had to pull it up, I found out, on a Paul advertised site, Reason.com. I do not endorse Paul but respect his intelligence on this nations financial woes.

Learning From Kodak's Demise [Private-Sector & Political Duopolies Never Dream People May Abandon]
which is still running on the FR sidebar under Editorial.

I also believe it is the People who make this country great, the ones you never read about, but one I did meet on here yesterday who has run a business for 40 years, continued the education of those that worked for him so that they would also became successful and he was proud to say none of them had ever once found themselves unemployed in their careers. That is an individual i would be proud to endorse.

Enjoy the day.

Only watched her that once with Palin and just came across it at night. I did not see icicles forming but would say was not warm and fuzzy either—was more competitive with which was the alpha in the room. :)

Well, one woman just unleashed a 10,000 word campaign commercial for Santorum, without being interrupted once by Rush.

Sigh.

The downside is the democrats will win at least two-three election cycles and in the process destroy the country. So take our pick, quick destruction with the democrats or a slow death with the Vichy Republicans, results the same in either case.

The damage that second-term Obama Dems will would be, in a large measure, uncoverable.

If you want to change the GOP (I certainly do!), the time to do it is in the off-season, not by letting a Marxist win in order to settle a score.

A third party would split the non-obama vote, and fine, otherwise well-intentioned folks sometimes will opt to make a short-term, when all would be lost, long-term.

Never in my many decades has there been a general election with such dire consequences at stake if we (GOP) does not win.

I say let's (figuratively) go after the GOP blue bloods with all we have after the election, but put the party nominee in office by all (reasonable and legal and ethical) means.

There you have it folks, this election is nothing more than an ratings bonanza for Rush. He could care less about who wins, it is all about ratings and selling soap. He has no more courage than Boehner when it comes to his career.

Pray for America

Listen "between the lines", and you will know that he supports Santorum (as does his brother, David Limbaugh, Mark Levin, and Michelle Malkin.)

Didn't know that, thanks.

I want Newt on the ticket, but as VP -- to punch out Obozo like the Tomato Can of the Month that Don King used to push out there ..... Santorum's the better conservative, bless him in his adversity with his little baby.

I'm hoping for a brokered convention, and a freezeout of the Romneybot billion-dollar trust-fund babies, L33t kolluge snobbz, and God-speaking Cabots and Lodges.

If we can't get Santorum, I would be willing to fight the good fight behind Sarah and Newt. After a campaign like that, even if he won, Obozo would be the President of Zero.

I am pretty sure Rush is voting for Santorum tomorrow.

Right near the end of his show is when he likes to hide his personal stuff. Around 50 mins into his 3rd hour he dropped it in. He carefully repeated in that emphatic soft voice he gets, “Every one of them supported health care mandates... Every one of them...” (Paraphrasing - I don’t have the transcript yet) “EXCEPT SANTORUM.” Then he went IMMEDIATELY into his commercial, like a cat covering up his little turd... ;)

I am convinced he wanted to stick his vote into today’s show, and when he wants to do such a thing, he does it the way Alfred Hitchcock placed himself into his oeuvres as an extra.

And I’m convinced Rush’s voting for Santorum.

You wrote: “I’m hoping for a brokered convention, and a freezeout of the Romneybot billion-dollar trust-fund babies”

You may get your wish. Consider this:

I don’t think Ron Paul expects to get the nomination, but instead, is gobbling up delegates in all the causus states in order to be a “power-broker” at the Convention in Tampa.

Now he’s lecturing us about the dirty politics between Thomas Jefferson and John Adams.

I missed the beginning of his show today, so I'll have to wait for the transcripts to come out.

But, I hope he talked about how Jefferson used the media to attack Adams. I hope he talked about how Jefferson hid behind a pseudonym when he distorted the record of his "friend" Adams, a man whose son Jefferson chapperoned when they were in Europe together.

It wasn't until late in life that Adams found out that the attacks against him in 1800 came from Jefferson personally.

I hope that Limbaugh was putting Romney in the role of Jefferson and Gingrich in the role of Adams.

I give Newman the boot.

He supports Abortion, and homosexualizing children with the proceeds of his crap. His salad oil contains Canola. Just a junk vendor across the board.

Rush has never endorsed candidates in a primary. He articulates conservative views in a language that every American canunderstand, that’s his God given talent.

If somebody is running for the highest office in the land, indeed the planet, as POTUS, don’t you want somebody who can carry their own water and articulate their own vision?

If they can’t do that without his help then it’s their fault not his.

Rush won’t make endorsements. And he’s smart not to. If his guy loses it will show he’s not as influential has he claims.

Well said, but my position with Rush remains the same.

That bag of hot air has worked against Newt for several weeks. It was aggravating, but he blended his nonsense with enough other things, that it was tolerable.

However, on “Bloody Thursday”, January 26, 2012, he joined with MSM, Faux news, Drudge and the GOP establishment elite, with the full force of his voice, in an apparent orchestrated effort to take out Newt. On that day, Rush died for me.

I have now seen a side of Rush that nobody could have ever convinced me existed, so I won’t bother to try to sell you on it.

I’d be happy if he would simply retire... soon.

Did you see Rush’s comments on how the establishment attack against Newt as an anti Reagan guy doesn’t mesh with his memories of the time?

Why?

The man is an Entertainer and a pseudo political analyst. calling out a name now he looses a portion of his audience, and mostly his ammo. He would be stupid to name a candidate even if he does have one in mind. in doing so, the powers of the left would immediately mobilize and DESTROY who it is who is named.

Wise up and look at the big picture. Pluck yourself out of the limelight... he's not going follow your angle.
