John McCain 'was urged to mount legal challenge to Barack Obama's presidential victory'
The London Telegraph ^ | February 27, 2012 | Raf Sanchez

The Republican presidential candidate was reportedly advised by aides to take the dramatic step of seeking an injunction to prevent the results in Ohio and Pennsylvania from being certified, a move that would have plunged the election night into chaos.

His campaign staff were said to have believed they had evidence of voter fraud in the two battleground states and could challenge the results in the court.

According to an analyst at Stratfor, the political intelligence company whose hacked emails are being published by WikiLeaks, Mr Mcain's staff were still pleading with him to take legal action in the moments before he appeared on stage in Arizona to deliver his concession speech.

The email claims that the 75-year-old Vietnam War hero judged that the scale of Mr Obama's victory was too great and believed the country would be damaged by a repeat of the contested 2000 election.

"McCain felt the crowds assembled in support of Obama and such would be detrimental to our country and it would do our nation no good for this to drag out like last go around, coupled with the possibility of domestic violence," the analyst wrote in a memo titled "Insight - McCain #5 ** internal use only - Pls do not forward".(continued)

Oh heck, we had nothing to fear from an Obama presidency anyway...

John McCain, the worst Republican nominee in the history of our party.

John McCain? What a joke. He has burned through all the distinguished honors and good will for serving in Vietnam in his POW days with the traitorous legislation he votes for consistently with his “friends across the aisle”. He has become a traitor to conservative principles.

If they had declared McCain the winner, then I’m sure he would have challenged the results.

Panama Juan has the same problem as the cheeky Kenyan bastard. Panama Juan was born in Colon, Republic of Panama, and wasn’t eligible to run for president either. Hence, he couldn’t point the finger.

Keep in mind that even if McCain got those states, Obama would still have won the electoral vote.

“...many of Republican aides “were shocked, but after reflecting upon his decision, thought he put the country first.”

Yeah, right. A Communist in the White House was for the good of the country.

This just confirms to me that McCain was a willing accomplice in throwing the election. McCain had $23 Million in campaign funds left over after his presidential campaign. Left over to use in his 2010 Senatorial primary campaign against JD Hayworth, plus some. You can’t tell me that McCain did his best against Obama when he sandbagged that much money!

“...coupled with the possibility of domestic violence.” There you go, kids. Acknowledgement that any attempt to deny The One’s legitimacy would’ve caused race riots on a scale that would make Watts, Detroit, and Los Angeles look like minor arguments. Government by thuggery.

Obama would have still won the Electoral College anyway, but the potential fraud in Ohio and Pennsylvania needed to be publicized and investigated. McQueeg wouldn’t even do that.

Um, Juan was born in Panama because his father, an American citizen, was stationed there. His mother was also an American citizen. Nothing even close to Zero’s situation.

Obama agents including Colin Powell, the Muslim Brotherhood, the Communist Workers Party and the NAACP must have gotten to McCain and Palin on Election Night and directed them not to pursue legal action against Obama.

Sure, his aides actually advocated challenging the election on election night, and we are supposed to believe that Palin was the idiot and not the aides? The aides would have been better off challenging Obama’s citizenship.
