Hillary Clinton Leads Democratic pack for 2016, Would Beat Chris Christie Head-to-Head (47-41%)
Daily Mail UK ^ | 13:52 EST, 24 July 2013 | By David Martosko In Washington

The next presidential election is more than three years away, but early polling shows Hillary Rodham Clinton leading the Democratic pack by a landslide margin, with a whopping 63 per cent of Democrats telling pollsters that they would vote for the former first lady and Secretary of State.

Vice President Joe Biden came in second with 13 per cent support - barely one-fifth of Clinton's showing.

The GOP field is anyone's game, however, with New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie only garnering 15 per cent support among Republicans to narrowly lead the pack. He's followed by Wisconsin Rep. Paul Ryan, Florida Sen. Marco Rubio, former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul and Texas Sen. Ted Cruz - all clustered within 8 percentage points. Clinton would beat Christie in a head-to-head matchup, the pollsters found, with 47 per cent favoring the former first lady and 41 per cent choosing Christie. She polls even better against Jeb Bush, with an 8-point margin, and against both Rubio and Paul, with a 12-point spread.

The McClatchy-Marist Poll surveyed 1,204 adults between July 15 and July 18. Eighty-one per cent of them are registered voters.

'Get ready for round two of Hillary Clinton as the inevitable,' Dr. Lee M. Miringoff, Director of The Marist College Institute for Public Opinion, said in a statement.

Other Democrats in the poll, scraping the bottom of the barrel, included New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo and Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley, who polled 6 per cent and 1 per cent, respectively.

Maybe we should just run Chris Clinton, the fat old Lesbian combination you get when you mix Hillary and Christie together?

I think Hillary is gonna be mighty long in the tooth by 2016.

Will they step forward in time?

It is already too late. Anyonê who has a chance at the Republican nomination has been running hard with the fat cats for two election cycles already and has been doing things and putting out markers for a similar length of time. There is only one who has been visibly doing that and it is Jeb Bush. Sarah Palin could be one, I don't know if she has been amassing funds and IOUs. She will be opposed vehemently by the Republican Party and by too many conservatives if she is running. Jeb Bush is the one whose Turn it is to win the nomination and throw the election.

“Odds are there will be no 2016 election.”

Sure there will be. And it’ll be just like every other election: the uniparty will win in a landslide.

I get nauseated at the idea of her (or any other radical, for that matter) picking Scalia or Thomas’ replacement. It’d be pretty devastating.

Well...

I liked it. You’ve pretty much laid it out there. I can’t argue with it.

There you have it Conservatives. Enjoy...

Hang on to your hats my FRiends; and when the time comes that they offer the “but he's the only on who has a chance of being electable in the polls” kool aid just say no.

Why don’t the people raise the Rothschild’s to be monarchs over the US without the ugly, rapacious and declasse middle men and women. Save us all a lot of wear and tear in the descent into feudalism.

Oh, you’re right—it would be an absolute disaster.

Hitlery is as evil as Obama.

Even if we had a good conservative president in 2016, it wouldn’t matter because it’s too late to fix this mess and by 2016 we don’t want to imagine.........

Hillary is every bit as evil as Obama. The difference is Hilary is evil and not very smart[intelligent. Obama is both evil and intelligent. obama is the more dangerous of the two. On her on Hillary has accomplished nothing in either her political or professional career. Obama accomplished in less than a year what the Clintons could not get done in 8 years socialized medicine.

Look at the polls from January 2007 until September 2007, Hitlery had big lead against the other Democraps, Edwards et al.

However, magically CZAR B.O. overtook her and stampeded the UNBEATABLE HITLERY!

No campaigning poll... put her fat a$$ up against a real Conservative firebrand that will look her in the eye and tell her who and what she is and how the hell she did it... and she will fold like a house of cards. She is a drunk, lesbian hag... FIRED from the Watergate Commission due to biased and outrageously partisan violations of Civil Rights. She tried to deny Nixon legal representation. She is dirty going back many years and Benghazi... she cannot shrill her way out of that during a debate. If she plays the “I am a woman and he attacked my poor little defenseless self” game... one could respond, “Madam, you were the Secretary of State for the United States for four years, you were co-President for 8 years... I think you know that you are on the biggest stage of all. This is the Big League Mrs. Clinton... not the minors.
