You must be a lot younger than me. I held that view at one time in my life. Now I don't. I don't see the point. I watched the "compromise candidates" win, and the "establishment candidates" win and when push came to shove they threw me under the bus.
These GOPe pols exempted themselves and their staffs from the obamacare regulations and costs that they imposed on me. I will not support the lesser of two evils anymore.
I will vote in the primaries for conservatives. I will send campaign contributions to conservatives. I will vote for conservatives in the general election. If no conservative is on the ballot I won't vote.

If those “Leaders” in those pics are “Conservative” we have a HUGE problem..standing hand in hand with Cummings, a man who assisted the IRS in targeting Conservatives, these Republicans are locked arms with him..I would only go close enough to Cummings to smack him upside his head, these weasels actually have the gall to stand arm in arm with him

I have said this for years.
The key to taking America back to conservatism isn’t by making the Republican Party more Conservative, but by taking back the Democratic Party from the Radical Nutjobs, Oligarchs, and Corruptocrats that have hijacked it.
Today’s Dem Party isn’t just Hard Left, they have become the Somewhere-Out-Beyond-Mars Left. The Dem Party has become nothing more than an Organized Criminal Enterprise, now.
By moving the Dem Party back toward the center, it will allow the Repub Party to move to the right.
As I have often said, complaining about it on a keyboard solves nothing. Getting your a** out on the sidewalk, knocking on doors, at least gives us a chance.
If I were Thad, I wouldn’t show my face in public. I would hang my head in shame and confess I stole the election. He is not a man; only a coward as so many of his type are. It’s so pitiful, I almost feel sorry; but won’t go that far. I don’t have to. It really makes my skin crawl there are people like them who are so sick with the lust of greed and power. Their dirt and stench couldn’t be washed off of them if you tried a thousand times. They can whoop and shout with glee; but Karma is not going to be pretty for them. What goes around comes around 10 fold as it will for them.
I sometimes wonder if they someday realize just how much people really despise them even the ones who voted for them in time. They surely when the time comes die a lonely death.
