Your tax dollars at work. (law school student loans, grants etc.)
This only makes it more certain the USA will act sooner rather than later. A general assembly vote will not happen because the other members do not want to be exposed for the naked emperors that they are.
This law professor is advocating going outside the US governmetn in order to enforce his views on US citizens. How much would it take for such leftists/socialists/communists to cooperate with such organizations to topple the USA's government? The communists did it, why not law professors?
Nevertheless, this is a leftist media wet dream that we should be on the alert for.

So I'm just wondering whose standing Army the UN would use. Will Cameroon be attacking us? Madagascar? This is hilarious.
Can't wait for the U.N. to declare war on the U.S.

This fellow is as much a traitor as anybody who sold secrets to the Soviets and should be dealt with as such.
This is not a game.
These liberals need to be held accountable for their actions!

The U.N. will do it if they want us to kick their ass around the block for drill.

Gee, I live here in New York and had the distinctive impression that the U.N. had already invaded.

The longer the attack is delayed the more time that is made available for idle minds to inject creativity into our national dialogue.
Delay 60 more days and even third graders will be provided a chance to formulate new UN policy.

Thanks for posting this.
Without the US or the UK, the UN couldn't invade any place.
This guy should be a prime suspect for treason. His background and financial records should be gone over with a microscope. If he has been financed by some Opecker Islamofacist thugs in the past or recently, try him for terrorism.

He had two of his students at the law school research the resolution and now has sent out the word to every U.N. mission in New York.Sure, he's just a disinterested observer, like Hans Blix.

When "human rights" advocates take sides with Saddam types, it surely becomes obvious that human rights are not their real objective. I wonder if they realize quite how transparent they are.

Ratner is the same a**hole who goes to Cuba to hail the greatness of Fidel Castro's Cuba. Ratner should be charged with treason.

This is hilarious. We cant get France, Russia or Germany to ally with us to fight in Iraq, what makes this idiot think that they or China (who needs our market to stay afloat) or any third world country is going to take on the US to enforce the UN resolution. If these UN cowards wont do anything about Saddam who they agree is in violation of UN, then what makes the lawyer think that they will take on the US. Aint liberals funny when they get cornered?

It's laughable.
Do they realize that all of Europe combined only has a fraction of the US defense budget?
Nice of them to discuss "should we." They better get serious about "could we." The answer, of course, is "no they can't...not even close."
Also, any......ANY....discussion in the UN of such a proposition will REQUIRE that the US takes its money and military out of the UN and kicks their behind out of our nation.
Any....even a peep.
