Pollster John Zogby: Obama Voters Are Crossing Over to Trump

A group of voters that once supported President George W. Bush before defecting to back President Barack Obama is once again switching sides and getting behind Donald Trump, pollster John Zogby told Newsmax TV Monday.

During an interview on "Newsmax Prime," Zogby told host J.D. Hayworth the race for the White House is "very, very close."

"What's very interesting here is that initially, weekly Wal-Mart shoppers who we have been tracking for a decade and a half now, and NASCAR fans, they were solidly with George W. Bush," said Zogby, whose most recent poll has Democrat Hillary Clinton leading Trump by 2 points.

"And then their demographics actually changed in the last seven or eight years following the recession. They were solidly with Barack Obama in 2008 and in 2012. They're swinging back now, back over to Donald Trump."(continued)

Well, I saw a ton of them in OH. Zogs is 100% correct.

I walked precincts for Bush in 04. Rove had us with clearly defined maps of every Bush voter/GOP in the precinct. I didn’t have tons, but I had no small number of middle-class white people saying “I voted for him in 2000 but not today” and many cited Iraq. In the neighborhood behind us, $200,000-$300,000 homes, very mid- to lower-middle class families, there was significant support for Obama.

Here’s the kicker: across the main street was the golf course and a heavy, HEAVY GOP area. I did the precinct analysis the night of the 2008 election with the county chairman. As the votes came in, we pulled this one first. It should have been 100% McCain. It was only 75%. McCain lost one-fourth of the richest, whitest precincts in Dayton, OH to Obama. We all looked at each other and know McCain lost before they called PA or OH.

I was on zogby’s poll list for a couple of years. Finally it was so blatantly biased there was no way I could even attempt to answer honestly, this was hmm, maybe 12 or so years ago.

Zogby sides with mohammedans and leftists so if his poll says 0bola voters are going for Trump, he will definitely not exaggerate that, but minimize it.

The pollsters are missing it. Half of the eligible population does not vote. Voter enthusiasm will be the driving force of this election. Hillary supporters have none. Trump supporters have a lot. Trump is also attracting more people who would ordinarily fall into the never vote category.

Extremely important. If pollsters (if there are any actual honest ones) need to ask people who rarely or never vote if they are voting this year and for whom.

I just flat don't believe Mr. Zogby.

However, if the election really is "very, very close," Trump will loose due to RAT fraud. IMHO, he needs to win by at least 5-6 points to overcome the fraud.

Easy come; easy go.

Polls are only grains of sand passing through the hour glass. They can be turned upside down and seen in another view. We’ve learned to never trust the pollsters or the polls. Keep the EYE on the PRIZE!
