Electrolyte imbalance can be caused by overhydrating, but what's your point? That her potassium was normal later?


Was Terri being treated for her eating disorder? The jury found her partially at fault for her injury. Why?

Given this info about Terri's lack of heart attack, why did Dr. Igel's legal team do such a lousy job defending him. It just doesn't make sense. I'd love to interview Dr. Igel.

Yes, but they are muddying it for themselves. People are paying attention to what they ACTUALLY say. Everytime someone opens their mouth from the Schiavo camp (including Grim Reaper Felos) they contradict, etc. I can't wait to see this go before a REAL judge who REALLY listens! Hey you two: What a relief to finally have one daily/live thread for Terri's fight -- maybe I can get a handle on my "my comments" page! Many thanks to all who helped put this together. Totally awesome!

HINO talks a good game, but his actions speak louder than words. I'll be looking forward to the investigation and will pray for HINO's removal as guardian. Also, praying and waiting for news about Terri getting her chance at rehab.

I have the feeling the entire process was corrupt from the begining because of felos, his connections to hospice, greer's connections to the same, the Hemlock Society backing, the interconnections that seem so wrongful that were ignored. Perhaps lack of knowledge on the part of the Schindler's counsel...etc., etc.

Unless a family member alerted the police, there probably wasn't an investigation done at the time.

I think the family was too worried about Terri and naive about Michael. They probably didn't have any idea of the previous injuries Terri may have sustained according to the bone scan. I think this bone scan was taken a year after the injuries. Perhaps the doctor who took the bone scan thought the injuries were already looked into. The medical records were sealed to the family for 10 years.

It's only later when they start putting the pieces together that they probably realized that Terri was likely the victim of spousal abuse and attempted murder.

Like most abuse victims, she was probably too embarrased to say anything. Terris wasn't going to be a doormat though. She planned to divorce Michael according to her friend and her brother.

I did send two emails: one to Larry King and one to Larry King Live. Guess they all added up after all. This is just wonderful. Michael Schiavo will be exposed for the murdering creep he is. Let the people decide who they will believe.

He must be continuing his campaign to kill Terri for spite or maybe as some here speculate he and Felos are in a collaborative effort on a book about Terri.

Perhaps he's afraid if he divorces her, he'll face many years of alimony to pay for her support....just better to be rid of her.

Here's what I was told at the vigil: The police DID go by the home of Bob Schindler Sr to ask him if he had any suspicion of foul play or abuse. This after they'd been called to the ER by apparently suspicious ER personnel. Mr. Schindler, being the kind person he is, couldn't fathom it at the time . . . told them "no". . . I don't know what happened to the investigation after this, why it was not pursued. I'm hoping someone can shed light on this.

I wonder what's in the medical records of her visit. And will it come out at this late date, considering that fellos was able to intimidate area physicians last Tues? I was told that the cardiac enzymes were not elevated.

By the way, Michael Schiavo did NOT immediately call 911 as he told Larry King -- he called Terri's father first. Terri's father had to tell him to call 911 -- and then called Bobby Jr., who lived nearby at same apt complex as Terri. When Bobby got there, Terri had NOT been moved -- none of this "died in my arms" crap, Terri was still face-down in her secretions. Sorry, Terri!

I want to hear Bobby say this himself on national TV.
