Move America Forward will be conducting the “You Don’t Speak for Me, Cindy” caravan beginning next week. It will feature military family members who have loved ones serving in the war against terrorism in Iraq or Afghanistan. The delegation will be led by Deborah Johns of Marine Moms. (Her son has served in Operation Iraqi Freedom).
Main caravan leaves from San Francisco, California on Monday, August 22nd. Other caravans will depart from around the country. If you want to be part of a caravan, email us with your name and location you will depart from and we will include in our caravan coverage so people in your area can depart with you.
Everyone arrives in Crawford, Texas for a giant “We Support Our Troops AND Their Mission” Rally on Saturday, August 27, 2005.

What you anti-war-types don't seem to get is this isn't Vietnam, This is an all volunteer military, many of whom signed up after 9/11 to protect even those among us who think the Taliban were good people... and Saddam was no threat to this country... and, unfortunately, if some signed up prior to 9/11 in order to pay for their college, well there is no free lunch... matter-of-fact, with freedom comes difficulty.

The Caravan did arrive in Crawford about twelve-fourty-five. I should say it arrived at the park then..I took pictures but can't seem to get them posted here When we left there were still people coming in and there will be a big turn out there because the ten was full when I left and more people driving in..I'll try to work it out with the picture thing but I am sure you will have most of the oldies putting up pictures for you when they return home..I can tell you that CBS,ABC and NBC was in Crawford..Now if they do any pictures or comments I don't know..I saw no FOX people there..Could be they were out at Cindy's house in the ditch..I did not even go by there I was afraid I would throw up on the poor woman..I did however talk and take pictures with Gary Qualls.We said some choice words about the hippies down the road and the poster woman for Moore and Soros..Gary, is a very nice man and he told me that the media had been talking to him all day..I said well it is about time..Then a radio talks show host came up and started talking to us He ask me if I knew who he was and I said no he gave me his name and I still didn't know him...He laughted and said I should listen to the show on wed..The people of Crawford are beautiful people so friendly..

Reminds me of Dennis Miller's comedy routine in Chicago prior to the Iraq war ("The Raw Feed" is the name of the DVD), where he said that "what we need now is a good ole fashioned American 'YEE-HAWD'!" (with respect to our Texas president) to which an audience member yelled "YEE-HAW"!

I can tell you that when I watched CBS this morning, they did "mention" the counter-protestors. However, they gave all airtime to Cindy! The only way the world is going to know the truth is if we can get some conservative stations & papers to tell about it.
CBS, had come up to the rally as we were leaving..The only way we could tell it was CBS was the man had a press card on and he said out of the way CBS here,there was no markings on the SUV he was in..I saw only one car with markings out there and it was a ABC radio show with ABC on the side..Now downtown Crawford there was a really big television truck parked behind the tent that Gary had..it was NBC..Just didn't know who they were covering because the other side was downtown mingling with the people that had son's killed in Iraq..the Moore/Soro's/Sheehan/Kerry side..I did get a chance to talk to some of the shop owners there and they said that they knew who backed the witch in the ditch.. and said it was that bunch I mentioned BTW, the Crawford people are all Bush people.. Old fat Al Sharpton was going to be there with the witch in the ditch ...I am just wondering if he melted into butter with all that fat on him..It was and is so hot here..
Cindy Sheehan always seems to be just a hop and a skip away from a major meltdown. I'm talking serious mental health problems,not just her rage at Bush.
