Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.
The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.
The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.
Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.
McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

Yeah, those airport pictures cause quite a bit of problems with dates. Especially with the old terminal timeline :)
David can you give me the source where Obama says that? I must have missed it.
I was the one who first posted that picture on this thread and mistakenly labeled it their wedding picture. I have since apologized for doing so, as it has caused a snow storm of speculation. If you have a source in one of Obama's books or an article where he is actually quoted as saying that please let me know.

Yes it does. Same pattern mine came on when I ordered a certified copy from Idaho. Green basket weave pattern.
When I received mine it was the orginal form filled in by my mother (I could recognize her hand writing)laid on the copier and copied onto the green basket weave paper. It also had some fields she didn't fill in. My name for one (as she must have not decided yet what to name me) This was TYPED in. Also her occupation was filled in by a different hand writing. My certificate was registered 14 days after I was born. It does have the raised seal and signature on it notarizing it is the original certificate on file.

We have established that both of the airport photos were taken at the same time and in the same terminal. Therefore if he supplied the “wedding photo” and has titled it himself, how can he justify the timeline?
The interesting thing about this one of McCain is that most of the typing is evident as an impression made through multiple copies. Some of it looks like it was done directly on the copy, not on the top layer.

The only pics he has of them together are in front of the tree.
It was suggested that maybe the airport pic came from his sister, Maya.
He also might just be inaccurate in his book (again...)
I’m thinking he probably meant all three of them together. Have you seen any other with his mother, father, and him together?

The photo is posted out of order. The visit occurred while he was in 5th grade, i.e., AFTER he left Indonesia, in Xmas of 1971, I presume, since one year after he returned to Hawaii to start 1st grade, his mother moved back to join him.

Thus, both his mom and dad were visiting him that Xmas from places of residence that were thousands of miles away. Obama’s appearance in the airport photo is consistent with how he looked on the couch with his Indonesian stepfather (i.e., both in terms of his face and being a little chunky) and his face looks like the one in his 5th grade picture as well. His mother’s face looks young, but she also still looks young in the Indonesian photo and the length of her hair in both photos is consistent. I don’t know when her hair grew out, but when she was in college, I assume it was closer to the short length we see here:

and that is not consistent with the airport photo.
Thus, I think one has to ignore some evidence to conclude that the airport photo was from 1961 rather than 1971.
OK—guess I missed that line.
When I posted my posting I said I got it from the Time Magazine. That was Time Magazine April 21, 2008, pg 38. I ASSUMED it was a wedding picture, based on this. "Ann seemed drawn to foreign men. First she married Kenyan Barack Obama Sr,. below,....". The below was the picture of Barack Sr and Ann wearing a white dress.
I made the mistake of identifying it as their wedding picture. At NO time did I say Barack stated it was their wedding picture. So without some source of that it is best you don't say Barack "confirms" it as their wedding picture. Do you have a different Time Magazine that states he said that? If so can you give the exact quote?
Obama never said that was a wedding picture of Barack Sr and his mother. Also the link you supply does not even show that particular picture. The only wedding picture it show is of Obama Jr. and Michelle.

If you scan through the earlier part of this thread, you will see a picture of Ann sitting on the ground in a blue/green robe, Obama Jr by the Christmas tree, and Obama Sr in the background sitting on a sofa.

**That is what I am talking about. The airport picture is not of all three posing together - only the Christmas picture in front of the tree has all three at the same time. So, when he says “The only pics he has of them together are in front of the tree.” It is technically accurate, since the airport picture is taken in pairs instead of all three posing together.
Or, was I misunderstanding the point that RubyR was making?
I am no Obama apologist (I personally think he’s probably the AC), but sometimes it’s easy to read a statement and draw a separate conclusion than what is actually meant (I do it often, myself!)

I was referring to David saying it was called a “wedding picture” by Obama which I found incredibly strange since it was taken at the same time as the one of his father’s visit in 71 which was supplied by Obama himself. I have tried to find the one with his mother that has the source of the photo listed but I can’t and I can’t waste any more time on it. Given all that we have seen and discussed on this thread it seems to me to be ridiculous to call it a “wedding photo”. But I still cannot understand how these two photos were taken in 71 in a terminal which was apparently demolished in 65. (#2722) It hurts my brain to think about it but I guess we are never going to get an answer to that.
Still, we get what we can handle, and are expected to handle for the good.

The date on one of them is wrong. He might even have made a mistake. But I view Ann as being too young in the first photo to be 30 at Christmas in 1972; plus we have an accurate picture of her at the Christmas tree in 1972 which establishes her as much older than the wedding photo--So I have tended to view the "wedding photo" lable as accurate; but that leaves you to explain who the boy is in the second airport photo which I cannot.
