Vital Records will supply a photostatic copy of the original Certificate of Live Birth, if a legally connected source requests it and it is actually in the paper documents vault/storage, but it takes weeks to get it from the vaults, as explained to me when I called and asked after Jon Klein tried to tell his lie and force it out of Lou Dobbs’ mouth.

Now if Ms. Okubo is mistaken, that’s another thing. If Okubo is correct, then Obama has the upper hand in any court proceeding. The only remaining issue would be whether his Certification of Live Birth is fraudulent, forged or altered in some way.
All of the state Health Department officials that have spoken about the status of Obama’s birth certificate are appointees of Linda Lingle, the Republican Governor of Hawaii and they serve in their positions at the Governor’s pleasure.

Perhaps they will be sworn in, but the fraud is to be laid directly at Barry’s feet. It was his website which first posted a jpg image of a CoLB which lacked a raised seal. When that was called to their attention, they placed a raised seal on the first image and claimed that was then genuine. There is an artifact in the image of the first exhibit which shows up in the second exhibit with the raised seal, but not in the third exhibit claimed by factcheck to be the ‘handled’ CoLB. Of course, factcheck vouched for the first and second exhibits also, so they are about as honest as the sleaziest used car salesman you could imagine.

If there had been a raised seal on the backside where the supposed date was bleeding through to the front side, the green hatchmarks on the front side of the image would have been distorted as they were in the secxond image... and they are in the second image the liars posted at fight the smears along with an artifact that shows up in both one and two, which will be brought out in court if it ever gets that far. But that was a nice try to confuse and mislead the forum.

With respect to Orly making mistakes in her pleadings, that really is no big deal. If you have ever been in and out of courts like I have, you would know that attorneys make huge mistakes all the time even from the most prestigious law firms.

By ignoring the first and second frauds your messiah tried to float and pointing only to the third, perhaps you hope people will lose sight of the frauds of the first two images your nasty little affirmative action messiah tried. You should also stop lying about my intentions. I am for upholding the Constitution regardless of who the President-elect is. If Barry can prove he’s a natural born citizen because he has been lying about who his babydaddy was and he and/or his family had pre-approval from the US government in claiming his three foreign nationalities, then obviously he would then be a legal President.

One more time for the slow reading group, the raised seal is on the back side of the document and the Director of Communications for the Hawaii state Health Department confirmed EXACTLY what I said. I quote her once again: “It’s a valid Hawaii state birth certificate...”

I would encourage Mark Bennett, the Republican Attorney General of the State of Hawaii to seek a subpoena for the original Obama birth document, convene a grand jury investigation and have experts examine the document and testify to its authenticity under oath. Thus far General Bennett has not seen fit to take those steps to resolve the issue.

Can anyone post these actual three images, or at least links to them, so we're not simply talking in the abstract here? It's impossible to say what the images did or didn't show if we can't see them.
