Doesn’t ring true. The only reason they fired him is because on one day, and with a reasonable explanation, he refused to wear a sticker?

I heard good advice from preacher about not being superstitious about 666. He said he’d be glad to accept a donation to his ministry for $666.

Firing him was really dumb, even if one of the managers didn’t say it was OK, earlier. How to make your company unpopular in one easy lesson. And for what?

I refused to wear an EARTH DAY button years ago. Nothing was done about it.

I once had time card number 665 and they apparently skipped 666 because the next hire had card number 667.

The guy will wind up owning that company.
Years ago a guy in Michigan sued ( and won ) the state over being required to wear a hunting license ‘back tag’ while hunting. He argued that it was like the Nazis putting a tattoo on Jews.
Today what was once common in many states, wearing a hunting ‘back tag’ isn't required in any state I know of.
In Michigan at least, you can't be required to accept a license plate for your car with the number 666 in it anywhere.
The guy wins big on this one.

Why didn’t they wait another day and use 667 stickers?
What possessed these people to celebrate that particular day?

Dalton IS the buckle of the bible belt. I did 15 years there.

A Georgia factory worker claims in a federal lawsuit that he was fired after he refused to wear a 666 sticker he feared would doom him to eternal damnation. Would he prefer a severance with pension for not doing as directed?
Quit then for crying out loud!
No friggin wonder attorneys run the country these days.

Amazed that employers ever hire anybody with all the PC, superstition and idiocy they have to put up with.
