The court has declared war on Christianity and families.

The battle for religion is just beginning.

Interposition, there is nothing to nullify.

“... but then claim their actions won’t lead to the government recognition of polygamy and other conceptions of “marriage...”

Nothing ever works out like liberals claim.
Like, “If you like your doctor...”
“Healthcare costs will decrease $2,500.”

Why will this be any different?

Similar to the judge in California, the fix was in with the gay mafia and Kagan: she makes Ani DiFranco look like Phyllis Schlafly.

Has our nation traded the rule of law for the rule of lawyers?

Decades ago.

The Left never rests until they get their way. They, unfortunately, have the mentality of totalitarians.

Time for stiff-necked Christians to get off their fat a$$e$ and vote for the best candidate possible. Stiff-necked Christians couldn’t vote for Romney, because he didn’t hold his mouth just right when he prayed to the Lord. So, they stayed home with their precious votes and allowed muslims VJ and Obama to transform our nation.

Anyone care to guess the outcome of the next Second Amendment case in SCOTUS will be?

The Congress can impeach a supreme court member for lack of “good behavior”. Why haven’t they???

If Congress believes the court is acting politically, they can impeach those members that are.

Why haven’t they??

You’ll never read it in the American media but I’d be willing to bet that the USA has become a big joke to the rest of the world.

Our government - executive, legislative, and judicial - has become completely corrupt and ineffective. They wipe their collective arses with the Constitution. Their sole interest is to take care of each other and to hell with the citizens.

If nullification and civil disobedience are ineffective in restraining this abominable government we will soon discover the true intent of the Second Amendment (and you can be sure they will be coming for that next).

It just turned one down, upholding California’s power to deny citizens the right to bear arms.

They ask for equal dignity in the eyes of the law. The Constitution grants them that right.”

Does it also go for tax laws, gun rights or any other right granted in the Constitution that the commies want to take away from law biding citizens.

Just got off the phone with my wife. She is visiting the grand kids. Their father is a Southern Baptist pastor who is concerned about how to respond to request to perform queer marriages. I told her to tell him to respond thusly,”I would be happy to officiate but in the interest of celebrating diversity the ceremony should be held in a mosque. Let me know when you have found one.”

Too bad we don’t have someone with the gall of Andrew Jackson who could say..”The SCOTUS has made it’s decision. Now let them enforce it!”

Yes I know it was a bad deal for the Cherokees and other tribes, but it would be appropriate today.

Nullification is the right answer. Courageous leadership then is the essential ingredient.

That ingredient might be lacking.

Do you believe that we need a Conservative (or Right Wing, if you will) Party that will upset the cart filled with all the rotted fruit tossed in since 1912?

I was pondering yesterday, the oath taken to support, defend and protect the Constitution ... which sounds good .... except ....

When the Constitution contains truly vile and evil things (abortion/murder) I think Romans 13:4 can give us some wisdom:

4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.

Now, Chapter and (this) verse deal with a single entity .. the magistrate ... but "the powers that be " are identified up front, so ...

When an entity no longer is for our good (v 4), I BELIEVE we no longer need be afraid for that one no longer cares for My Good

I've pondered often the religious/spiritual atmosphere that must have existed during the running up to the American Revolution

How did the pulpits speak to those men that determined it was a worhy cause to go to war against their own government (still under British rule at the time) ?

I think Romans 13:4 was the way preachers preached for personal Liberty and Freedom to be won

Back to the oath taken for office ...

If the Constitution contains such vile and murderous clauses like abortion and the disfunctional queer marriage .... how can any righteous man take it ?

Which is what we're being set up for and we have a scant 16 months to realize this and DO something about it

Perhaps an ammendment to support, defend and protect AS ORIGINALLY WRITTEN (or something)

Thrown out for discussion and the clock is ticking.

“The Congress can impeach a supreme court member for lack of “good behavior”. Why haven’t they???”

Not enough votes yet. Just like impeaching Barry or even repealing obamacare. Not enough senate power to make it stick.

Oh please. Ain’t gonna happen. In this and the ACA ruling the Corporations got what the Corporations wanted. Anything else is just Bread & Circuses.

We were sold and bought LONG ago.
