Boycott Hollyweird Activists!
IPetition ^

http://www.ipetitions.com/campaigns/hollywoodceleb/index.html

We the undersigned American Citizens stand against Wealthy Hollywood Celebrities abusing their status to speak for us. We do not believe that they have a clear understanding of how we live, what we fear, and what we support. We believe that celebrities Martin Sheen, Mike Farrell, Tim Robbins, Rob Reiner, Barbara Streisand, and others with them are using their celebrity to interfere with the defense of our country. We believe that Hollywood Celebrities use their wealth to make their own personal issues known while Americans would never have the resources to speak out in this manner. We support President Bush in his efforts to defend our homeland, to defend democracy, and to take any measures to end the threat of terrorism. We do not claim to know more than anyone, especially President Bush. We elect a President who we can trust to make proper decisions based on facts available to him and not available to the rest of us. This is one reason trustworthiness and character is important in the people we elect into office. War is not easy, there are many before us who sacrificed their lives for freedom and if supporting citizens in other countries who cry out for democracy and freedom aids in the war against terrorism we support it.

This Statement and its signatures will be published publicly and or delivered to Martin Sheen and Mike Farrell.

Gilbert is accused by many in SAG as being a "sellout". The very people that supported her campaign for the presidency of SAG are the lefty crowd. I remember the last SAG election well. The old Richard Mazur mob was itching to take control and she was the "front" for their antics.

She may be the nicest person in the world, but when the likes of Mike Farrell now have some sort of say in Union politcs, it really pisses me off.

We'll find out if they're screening - my message:

"I am sick of dim-witted celebrities giving aid and comfort to our enemies. The hate-America crowd fills me with disgust. Purchasing a movie ticket to support these Saddamite idiots is supporting terrorism! God bless President Bush - he has my unwavering support."

He-he-he!

that is funny...

Here's one I saw today, makes me sick:

Moby gave a thumbs-down to the Super Bowl festivities. “The pre-show with Celine Dion made my skin crawl,” notes the chrome-domed performer. “Ugh. It was so creepy. I guess I have this fantasy that at some big, corporate sporting event they’ll have a reading of the Bill of Rights instead of Celine Dion butchering a song while zombified backing singers smile like poster children for Xanax.”

Isn't about time they had all packed their bags and kept to their word about leaving the country? Thank goodness I don't watch television. I would have launched some heavy rotten tomatoes towards the screen.

Re "I already boycott these idiots."

Well, so do I -- haven't been to a movie in years because there is nothing worthwhile to see and I can't stand to waste money on the offerings of untalented nitwits.

What makes them think we want to hear their views on Iraq or anything else for that matter? They are paid to (attempt to) "act." What I wouldn't give for a large SOCK every time one of these jerks opens his/her mouth on any other subject!

I quit watching network TV and theater movies years ago. The last movie I went to was Maverick with Mel Gibson. I am very selective about TV movies and shy away from anything with the liberal left. I did gag my way through Dances with Wolves.

Other than those, it is AMC, the Western Channel and (I hate to say) TCM.

I find this outrageous! If my daughter came home and told me this happened at school, I would take that teacher and principal to task! Jon

Leftist bias in college - the denial continues

"Buck Fush." Thus said the bumper sticker placed on the classroom wall by a teacher in a public high school. At another public high school also in Los Angeles, with the principal's permission, 600 Fairfax High School students walked out of the school at noon and took to the streets to protest America's possible war on Iraq. The students clearly considered the upcoming United Nations report by Hans Blix irrelevant, as the students planned the protest days in advance. According to a police spokesperson, the walkout caught the force flat-footed, with some student protestors throwing rocks and other debris.
Wait 'til they get to college.
On college campuses across America, teachers influence students by running down America, demeaning capitalism, exaggerating "oppression" against minorities and women, and denouncing Republicans in general and George W. Bush in particular...

I'm going to have to find some of these people before I can boycott. I've never heard of some of them. The ones I've heard of, I won't miss.

It's hard to imagine people haven't already been boycotting Hollywood. Haven't been to a movie in 7 YEARS! Just refuse to support them and I'm putting my "money where my mouth has been" since I found out where most of KLINTOON's money was acquired.
