Recall or Revolution?Sac Bee ^ | 6/30 | WeintraubRunning away won't help. Eventually, the liberals get tired of the destruction they have sowed, and move on to better environs - where you moved to.
Excellent idea to start to recall the legislators. The demoncrats are scared silly that the Davis recall will spread to other useless riders on the government gravy train.
So how come these so-called leaders are so all-fired dumb?
Davis is in BIG trouble... the 'rat party is the party of problems. Gray davis will be the poster boy of the Democrat party. The party of deviants, the party of perverts,
the party of Davis...
...asking their supporters to intimidate signature gatherers and complain of harassment...
And the presstitutes are helping them. Every article is "Republican led" recall effort.
There are very real solutions to the budget crisis that a Republican Gov can solve.
Better yet, read this. The DNC stratigy is to only cut spending on things "the people" will be upset about, Police, Fire, Roads, Schools to justify new taxes
Here is the information on who registered the stoptherecall domain name: Eric Bauman...head of the LA Dem Party and a chair of the SoCal chapter of a national "non-profit" org called the Urban and Regional Information Systems Association (URISA) which claims to specialize in using "Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
It was all a conspiracy between Ken Lay and his good friend George Bush.
The dems are about to go wild. Look for a lot more callers to talk shows spewing their trial ballons and propaganda.

In California, Schwarzenegger can winNational Post ^ | August 11 2003 | Hugo GurdonOnly a Democrat would believe that a politician who has sluiced a Niagara of other people's money down the drain is better equipped to run a government than a man who made a fortune of his own.

Unfortunately for this typist (author), there has already been a 3-day poll, eclipsing the first one. In the 3-day Gallup Poll, the recall has over 60% yes, and Ah-nold is up to 48% with no one else in double digits.
BTW, what happened to Bill and Hill? They sank from sight once Arnold announced.

He has nothing to lose, he's already the butt of the jokes and considered the most worthless government official in the land (unless you are a moron Democrat).
"I knew Doris Day before she was a virgin."
As for fraud, those who view the entire recall process as a right-wing coup or illegitimate may not be above encouraging noncitizens and other unqualified voters to go to the polls. Roman Buhler, a former counsel to a House committee that has investigated contested elections, points out that a congressional probe into a 1996 congressional race in Orange County found evidence that hundreds of improper votes had been cast, although the evidence was not clear enough to overturn the election.
The implosion continues!

The numbers for Arnold keep going UP. Just like I thought...

The general attitude of its Democratic Party was summed up a few years ago when one of its members in the Assembly was reproached by a Republican colleague. "Don't you realize," the Republican said, "that passing anti-business legislation just drives businesses out of the state?" The Democrat giggled, "What do we care? It's Republicans who are leaving."
Wait until the "people" can't get the benefits they demand, because the wealth is no longer there.

CaliforniaRepublic.org ^ | 8/14/03 | Joe Armendariz
Every newscast over the last several days has bashed Arnold because he supported Prop. 187. The argument makes absolutely no sense because it is in essence saying "Prop. 187 was supported by the vast majority of Californians and Arnold agrees with them, therefore you should vote against him."
