  • Watch Faifax County, VA, to see how the Democrats steal elections!

I didn’t say it. Bob Beckle said it. He’s uber-left Democrat operative and pundit. And he ADMITTED that they withhold results until later. And they do it for a REASON. He did’t say what that reason is, however there is ONLY ONE POSSIBLE REASON why they would intentionally hold back on reporting their results. That reason is to use their control of their in-state apparatus to fabricate enough votes in order to steal the election. If that’s not the reason ... then WHAT would be the reason? Every election they do this ... every election it gets close, and the republican just barely loses at the very last second.

Bob Beckle just said it on Fox News. IN Fairfax County he was part of the withholding vote results. When challenged on it, he repeated it ... looking like he might have said something he wasn’t supposed to say. But ... he admitted it. He asserted that they would intentionally withhold reporting the results for a specific reason ... i.e., in order to manufacture enough votes to give the election to the Democrat.

Why work? If you work, then you have to pay taxes against your will for programs you don’t support initiated by people for whom you didn’t vote. Since the society has decided to vote itself bread and circuses, why not just opt out and refuse to pay for the circuses by not earning taxable income?? Life is too dear to waste it working to pay for other people to enjoy a life of leisure.

So, you think it runs in his genes or something?
Why not examine what the guy actually thinks and believes?
Look at what he says and actually DOES.
It looks like he’s going for Texas office of some kind ... fine ... let’s see what he actually does in government before he’s rejected out of hand.

Looking at his educational path, it’s certainly different from the other Bushes ... Rice and the University of Texas Law School. Both are excellent programs, and not part of the Ivy League world and all the connections that brings. Who knows???

I’m willing to watch and wait and see what he says and does. If he gets into office and serves ably and holds solid positions and articulates a vision and agenda with which I — as a Conservative — can agree ... and if he serves at the National Level (House or Senate) and has a good Conservative Voting Record ... WHO KNOWS? Just because he’s a “Bush” doesn’t mean that, by 2024 or 2028 he won’t be a possible contender for the Presidency.

And, who knows, perhaps by 2024 the Democrats will have stopped claiming all their messes on GWB.

  • Predictions for 2013...

I predict that the President will be plagued by the Embassy attack in Libya, and the investigation will eventually result in questions being asked that bring down his presidency before the end of 2013. President Biden’s attempt at the Democrat nomination in 2016 fails.

Meanwhile, republicans continue to collapse into obscurity, their failure to achieve victory given the circumstances dooming them to mediocrity. No single group can rise to oppose the Democrat Party, so Hillary Clinton is elected in 2016.

  • Is the British Royal Navy aiming for Michelle Obama?

Fearing the First Lady might be in danger, minders ordered the captain of the HMS Edinburgh stationed in Cape Town, South Africa, to switch them away from her five-star suite.

I would like to know by what authority did the US Secret Service do this? This was in South Africa. This was a Royal Navy (UK) war ship. The CO of that British vessel answers to the Admiralty of the Royal Navy, NOT the US Secret Service. Had this happened in the US things might have been a little different, but since it was in South Africa the US Secret Service has not standing in the Line of Command relative to a British Warship. Had I been the CO of that British ship I would have told the US Secret Service agents to go "pound sand." And, if that agent gave me the "attitude" that the reports indicate he gave to the CO of that ship, I would have ordered my ship's security to arrest him and throw him in the brig.

A group of 70 or so "books", each with between five and 15 lead leaves bound by lead rings ....

About 70 Codices comprised of lead leaves, bound by lead rings, is most probably not going to be an early Christian collection. The early church didn't have the kind of financial resources to produce such a work. What one would expect from the first 3 centuries of the church would be Papyrus manuscripts -- probably prepared as codices -- and not something made from lead. Anything later and you're into the imperial period of Christianity, and we know a great deal about that period already.

For manuscripts to contain anything about Jesus that might be different from the New Testament, they will need to come from either (1) the first century, (2) a minor sect that had divergent views from the mainstream, (3) a less minor heretical sect, like the gnostics. If these are gnostics writings, then what we're looking at would be something from the mid-2nd through the 4th centuries and largely useless for determining anything about the historical Jesus. If these are the writings of some minor sect, then how they were prepared in lead and bound with lead rings becomes a major mystery ... minor Christian sects didn't have the resources for a major and expensive undertaking like that. And, finally, if the collection comes from the first century, then it's almost certainly NOT Christian for every reason stated in point 2. Besides, for the most part Christianity was just barely into the process of codifying a a book of Scriptures even by the end of the first century (all we had by then were the collected letters of Paul and each region had its favorite Gospel). It wan't until the mid-2nd Century that the 4 canonical Gospels and the Letters of Paul and the Catholic Epistles were generally recognized as being authoritative, and it wasn't until the mid 4th century (the 360s AD) that what we now have in the NT was accepted across the church as being the Christian Canon.

My guess is that what they have is a collection of Jewish -- probably late Second Temple period -- Priestly commissioned manuscripts that were spirited out of Jerusalem just prior to the Roman's sacking of the city in 70 AD. This would make these mss of extreme importance for Israel and for those interested in the religious history of the period (including Christians), however they would also be prime targets for destruction amongst the Palestinians who assert that Israel has NO historic claim to the region.

    1. True, except that most Presidents with an economy in the pits as this one is fail to be re-elected. See Carter.

    2. VERY true.

    3. True, though Republicans will manage to raise a Billion, too.

    4. Partly True. The difference, this time, is that they have to run on his record.

    5. Partly True. There are other factors involved that were not in play in the prior elections cited. i.e., Economy.

    6. FALSE

    7. FALSE. White flight will not be reversed. Obama has to run on his record, and that record stands squarely against him being able to retain anything more than the ardently partisan. Independents are not likely to break his way.

    8. FALSE. Obama’s “moderte” rating — weak, even by the polls cited here — will be unmasked as a the lie that it is when he starts Vetoing Republican legislation and with his rhetoric against Republicans and other Conservatives on the Campaign Trail. His own mouth and party will be his downfall here.

    9. Could happen, but more likely its wishful thinking on the part of the left that Republicans will self-destructe. The massive sparring match between Obama and Hillary didn’t keep Obama from being elected. And, there’s no guarantee that Obama won’t be running for nomination unopposed.

    10. True

    11. True. This is one of the problems with illegal immigration, which leads to voter fraud via illegal voter registration.

    12. True. But, similarly, there are several paths to 270 for Republicans. The Mid-terms demonstrate that Democrat control of certain states is not as much of a “given” as it once was when one takes into consideration the fickle attitude of the Independent voters relative to the economy.

In short, while several of the points made in the article are True, several are false and where they are false tends to undermine the weight of even those that are true. The economy and his own broken promises to his far-left constituency will be the elephant in the room at the Dem Convention. It will also be the elephant in the voting booth that will keep independents and some of his core base from voting for him. Many won’t vote, other will vote for 3rd party candidates, and still others will vote Republican (as happened in 2010). Don’t underestimate the impact of the Tea Party, nor the impact of the hyper-criticism of Tea Party or the Dems attempt to blame Republicans for the shootings in Arizona, etc.

As someone else has already said: Osama bin Laden, the 9-11 highjackers, the Christmas Day underwear bomber and every other raghead attempting to commit mayhem are actually MAINSTREAM MUSLIMS. You are a reprobate and are living in disobedience of the Koran if you truly ARE non-violent.

Isn't that what the author of the article was saying ... in a around-about way? Muslim Terrorists are NOT extremists ... they're mainstream, faithful Muslims, obeying the rules of way of life of Islam and following the example of Mohammed.
