The Flickr source says that Obama and French President Nicolas Sarkozy “jokes around” at the G-8 summit in Ontario, Canada, the pre-meeting ahead of the G-20 summit in Toronto this weekend. Doesn’t look like Sarkozy’s laughing, or for that matter that Obama’s telling a joke — although Sarkozy could be saying, “Nah, I’ve heard that before. The punchline is ‘Nanny-state’!” Let’s see what you all think!

President Obama walked down from Air Force One after his plane landed shortly before 11 a.m. Monday. He and Gov. David A. Paterson exchanged a brief greeting. They shook hands.
