GALVESTON, Texas — A man who voted absentee in Texas and Minnesota during the 2012 general election then touted his bogus balloting on Facebook has pleaded guilty. A judge in Galveston on Tuesday fined Richard Alan Collier $4,000 after he pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor violation of Texas election law. Collier, who pleaded guilty to attempt to commit illegal voting, claimed residence in both states when seeking absentee ballots for the November 2012 election. FBI spokesman Peter Lee said agents did not know if suspect Ryan Kelly Chamberlain II, 42, is carrying explosives, but he is considered armed and dangerous. Chamberlain is likely driving a white Nissan Altima with either California or Texas license plates 7FQY085 and BX9M042 respectively, Lee said. In an odd play on words, the DNC called GOP policies those of "mad men," after referencing the finale of MadMen. The meme, which the DNC released on the 25th, and then again on the 26th, states that "MadMen is going away until next year, but the GOP's mad men policies remain:" Initially, the pun appears to call Republicans characters of the show. An unidentified Obama administration official exposed the name of the highest-ranking CIA officer in Kabul on Saturday by accidentally placing it on a list of names provided to a bunch of media outlets. Within the last week or so, Oregon Right to Life posted 17 signs alongside Interstate 5, on private properties of pro-life landowners. Many of them (pictured) read: “Abortion: a Lifetime of Regret.” We started to receive word Friday that an unknown number of them had been vandalized with the words, “It’s OK” pasted over it. A Republican challenging Rep. Ann Kirkpatrick (D-Ariz.) apologized Monday for saying a vast majority of the perpetrators of mass shootings are Democrats.
