The secretary of state's office said there were complaints that members of liberal interest group MoveOn.Org were causing disruptions at precincts in communities scattered across the state. Kelly Chesney, spokeswoman for Michigan Secretary of State Terri Lynn Land, said several local election clerks complained about MoveOn.Org, saying its representatives wanted tables at polling places. The organization, she said, also wanted voters redirected in some cases so they passed in front of MoveOn.Org representatives.

Foz just reported that though he has the power to overturn the lower court ruling, USSC John Paul Steven says he will not stop vote challenges in Ohio. Dumbocrats did not want Republican challengers at the polls, had sued and won on one level. That decision was overturned at the next level. According to ABC News, only 25% of voters believe every vote will be counted properly. That's good news, actually. It means that something approaching 75% of voters know that the Democrats are planning to cheat any way they can. Anyone else notice the unions have not run political ads this year? COLUMBUS, Ohio - Republicans lost an attempt Friday to restart hearings on thousands of voter registrations the party has contested, and the court's decision could mean the hearings will never be held.
