Saddam poured out his complaints "to whom it may concern" in two Christmas 2003 letters, handwritten in Arabic, which he gave to his U.S. military jailers, the Daily News has learned. The letters were part of 352 pages of Hussein's declassified FBI file, requested and obtained by the News after the dictator's execution in Dec. 2006. Sean Penn is going slapstick. MGM says the double Oscar winner has signed on to play Larry in the Farrelly brothers' big-screen update of The Three Stooges. Jim Carrey was in negotiations for the role of Curly, said MGM spokesman Grey Munford. The studio first featured the Stooges in a series of shorts and features beginning in 1933.
