Interesting tidbit via the NY times revealing that Democrat, Congressman, Joe Crowley's internal polling revealed the he was up 36 points over his challenger, Democrat, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. Of course we all know the fifteen point "political slaughter" that befell the stunned, Joe Crowley, last Tuesday evening, in the 14thNYCD. One of Democrat, Nancy Pelosi's, favorites, Joe Crowley, received a most crushing blow in his defeat handed him by Ms. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
I tried to search the internet for pre-primary election polls, but came up empty, even on "Real Clear Politics" site. It appears the Fake News" pollsters scrubbed their numbers to avoid massive shame & embarrassment for their lies or errors.
My point is: Ms. Ocasio-Cortez is going nowhere, but, this upset election was a clarion call to Republicans to get in gear and go after every Democrat out there, regardless of their status to win......period.
Example...Elizabeth Warren, Tim Kaine, Bill Nelson, Bob Casey, Bob Menandez, Sherrod Brown, etc., etc. should all be mightily challenged, along with the really weak Democrats...across the board. And...ditto for the House Democrats.
The Democrat Party is self imploding in so many ways across the board..it would be foolish and plain stupid not to try and take them down when clear opportunity to do so, is clearly at hand. I can assure you, Obama, Clinton, Schumer, Pelosi, Perez, Ellison, Waters, Ocasio-Cortez, etc., will only help the Democrat political decline even further then they are right now. Republicans, Trump....do not pass up this golden opportunity to totally destroy the current Democrat Party!!!
Add up the landscape issues.
Bernie-mentality got dumped on everyone in 2016. Fifty-percent of the Democratic base positively can’t agree with the ideas or concepts.
The news media, which used to be ‘dragon’ that the Democratic machine relied upon....is laying there pretty limp. I read last week that roughly 90-percent of Republicans think that the news is mostly fake or biased. The same survey said 53-percent of Democrats agree with that assessment.
The magnificent social media tool which was also geared to be the second ‘dragon’ of the Democratic Party? Well...that crazy guy Trump figured out how to use Twitter, Youtube, and Facebook. You can put out some anti-Trump theme, and in twenty minutes....Trump has conceived a 140-character text to destroy their message.
Ocasio-Cortez? Go and look at normal voting over the past six elections in that district. This primary basically came up with only 27,000 votes between both Crowley and Ocasio-Cortez, while in a normal election there would be 100,000 to 140,000 Democratic votes. She picked a year when people weren’t going to show up for the primary, and then used social media to convey her Bernie-message to the youth of the district.
I think all of this will lead to a major failure in the fall, with no gains for the Democrats and maybe two to four plus-ups with Senate seats for the GOP.
This will lead the party to double-down for 2020, and try to isolate themselves from the working-class democrats, who aren’t buying into the Bernie-theme. Toss in more blacks taking the time to think over economic times, and Trump’s real message. 2020 looks pretty fine in my book.

The GOP need to run commercials with these clowns 24/7.
We need to stop playing demographic identity politics in the same vein as Dems do. Meaning we shouldn’t give up on s district simply because its racial make up is not stereotypically conservative. Ignore no one. Reach out to all.
Also vital not to engage in Alinsky-ite politics of personal destruction against young, objectively compelling opponents like Ms. Ocazio-Cortes. We must make it about ideas, about policy, and right now Trump’s formidable record of MAGA achievement. We also need to tout the bare bones evidences of the Left’s failures to produce results again and again. And draw unflinching attention and spotlight to their most extreme tenets: abortion on demand, open borders, higher taxes, etc...
It would also help that more young, fresh Trump-conservatives take up the initiative to run against seemingly entrenched establishment elites and RINOS.
I think very low turnout played a big part in her win.
If Trump can label the Demoncrats as the crazy party and run a national campaign, even though he is not running for office this next election, the increased turnout might take away the old Chicago proverb that all elections are local.

Could be a case of voter fraud. Could also be simple complacency whereby only the activist types bothered to show.
I have been studying elections for fifty years or so, and I have never seen one like this. Bottom line “Chaos” rules in the entire Democrat Party...no matter where you look. They have no real, defined, motivated, positive, agenda driven leaders...none whatsoever. They hate POTUS, Trump, they hate their country, they hate the military, they hate all law enforcement, first responders, they hate our flag, they hate our national anthem, they hate all Americans.
The one thing they universally love and adore are all illegal aliens, criminals or otherwise. Lunacy, Madness Hate reigns. It is pure insanity, there is no other way to put it. Add their “nutcase” rant & rave “Fake News” media and you got “Looney Tunes in high gear”, on the march”. Go figure, folks.
IMHO...it’s now time to for Americans voters to take these folks out of their misery and politically destroy the entire Democrat Party. What say you...folks?

If Democrats have truly embraced socialism, then Bernie would have won going away.
