Likewise. Deep in enemy territory, why the hell would I want to go share oxygen with a bunch of hypocrites - lefties - who can’t wait to undo what we have?
I’d have to drive 3+ hours to get to a friendly crowd.
Not worth it. Not this year.

Its almost 8pm here in San Antonio Texas area. Have heard no fire works yet, but its not dark yet. Weather has been such that maybe all the fireworks went off spontaneously earlier during heat of day.
Booms going on like crazy here,

They cancelled ours here...500+ acre fire nearby, supposedly caused by fireworks...pissed...fireworks show is over the Colunbia River
My neighbors are making plenty of noise. I’ve been hearing fireworks since Saturday.
Although the current U.S. is in a terrible state, we should never forget what those before us went through for what America stands for even when things look grim.
We’ve been having celebrations for days. Tonight is our 3rd round of fireworks.
Supposed to be fireworks tonight here in Columbia SC’s Segra Park
Band is playing a lot of John Williams music.
The conductor is Japanese and he made a few funny remarks about playing the 1941 theme.
South Jersey (pine Barrens) here. Fireworks all over the place. We just had a week of rain so forest fires risk is low.
And there are a ton of American flags being waved on PBS of all places, for their July 4th special
I live in the country and what is sad is that kids don’t pop firecrackers anymore. Not a peep for years. As a kid, we dreamed of different ways to blow up crap. But for the locals, daddy will go down and buy $300 worth of mortars and set them off until midnight.
More flags than ever here this year. Fireworks just starting.

Insane amount of fireworks here in GA. Just about to take the stuff I bought to a block party. Perhaps you haven’t waited long enough in your area?
