Note that if the big cities are attacked, a lot more Ds will be killed than Rs or Ls.
You have the right view. Islam does not respect peace and peace conferencing. To their way of religious belief there is nothing but their way. To even talk of friendship and co-existence is signs of weakness.
We have seen it through history, we have seen it on film.
And we see the years long attempts of other countries resisting Islamic infiltration slowly folding and giving in.
Believe it or not the one country that is making some stand in a surprising way is France, I cannot say its working or will have any immediate effects but they are getting a bit fed up, we have the luxury here in America of never being totally invaded like France was during WW2, having that in their recent history may give them the strength to repel the current Islamification.

Are there 80 refineries operating in this country? I don’t think so. Therefore, fewer men could do the same job.
You are then worried about the cost of gasoline? How much does NO GASOLINE AVAILABLE cost?
Days or weeks to get a refinery back on line? Think months and years depending on the damage. If there is no fuel how will they get the necessary parts and equipment to get back on line?
The real damage would be done by our government, the Obama Administration, during the outage. They would seize control and never give it back. We must remember they are the enemy!
However, they are doing so well in gaining and keeping control without a catastrophe we may be spared one.

There are more than 80 refineries but if you hit the top 80, you will do the most damage.
As for the damage and how long it would take to get back on line, it all depends on the specifics of the actual damage inflicted. If they hit the storage tanks, big fireball but not much real damage to the refining capacity. On the other hand, a good shot could cause so much damage as to make it next to impossible to restore without a complete rebuild.

The real real damage so to speak will be the Federal Government intervening to protect Muslims in America.
National Guard units stationed outside Mosques with shoot to kill orders against any civilians attempting to harm the “peaceful” Muslims.
There will be a major clash in America, citizens with a blood lust for revenge versus officials that have to protect Muslims all across America. And with a Muslim at the helm of the nation I suspect he won’t take a favorable or logical position, especially with his divided loyalty.

The tractor and trailer left the ramp, struck a support column of an overpass, and fell onto the Southwest Freeway, approximately 15 feet below. To answer the title question:
1. Leave town. I have friends and relatives in the country. There are enough of us , close enough yet widely spaced enough, to start a new Underground Rail Road at least as far as Tulsa or Little Rock.
2. To Gorgoroth with the anti-poaching laws, shortly followed by getting over the cultural barrier to eating dogs and cats. The first to do these will live longer and travel farther from the centers of disruption than those that only figure it out after the Spam runs out.
3.a. Avoid contact with strangers.
3.b. Avoid conflict with strangers you cannot avoid.
3.c. Avoid losing unavoidable conflicts with strangers by such brutality and treachery as may be necessary.
3.d. In the aftermath of a conflict, take the opportunity to increase your stock from the losers’ resources. In the extremity, this may include harvesting fresh meat from the losers themselves. (Epic Win if you find some fava beans and a nice Chianti.)
4. Team up with your friends, and learn to trust their friends. Form communities based on private ownership and free trade. Accept the fact that the patriarchal dictatorship may be the norm if your group consists mostly of one extended family. Seek to bend it towards a representative form by appeals to reason and history. Failing in that, head out on your own again.
5. Listen to the radio. The presence of entertainment radio with advertising of useful items for sale may be your first clue that somewhere, civilization is being reasserted.
LAST BUT NOT LEAST: Think about this stuff OFTEN, if not ALL THE TIME. The right mental attitude will give you a head start on the rest. Let your weekend getaways be practice for finding out-of-the-way evacuation routes and temporary hole-up shelters.
