Yes, I did see that. I know youtube changed their policy some months back and many accounts were complaining about this.
The video that Diamond and Silk made about Pocono Raceway was monetized with a commercial for a car dealer. So the policy does seem to be content based and not an accross the board punishment for the account. I did not see Patreon either. With as much of a following as they seem to have, that would be a logical direction to go I think.
Is that “censoring” of leftist sites really censorship? Or is it because “safe search” is on? I would think that many of those leftist sites would have graphic language that would cause Google to ignore them if “safe search” is on.

I have Bing and GC. Bing is much slower than Google chrome unfortunately. I’ve done a lot of testing.
Besides the GOOGLE part the Samsung was like carrying a brick paver in my pocket compared to the Apple iPhone.
I haven’t tried Bing yet. The results I get on DDGo on my iphone
are pretty much the same as google but the links go directly to websites. Google added a 3rd party tracker that is so annoying, I had to find a new non-tracking iphone search engine.
