Now if anyone from hastert's office is lurking, it's time to reveal the Democart's involved and the fact they have a "List" circulating that they hope will prove Christians are "homophobic drooling bigots" so they'll stay home and not vote.

Why? It's perfectly legal for a homosexual man to mount a 16 year old boy. 16 is the legal age of consent. The democrats made sure of it.
If Hastert kicked him out for being "gay", he'd be charged with a sexual discrimination law suit.
If you're appalled by all this, maybe you should be demanding a democrats head to roll. They wrote the laws that protect the homosexual predator, not the Republicans.

Hope he turns the tables. Do you really want the FBI monitoring instant messages without a warrant? You can't get a warrant because someone asks a boy for his picture.
I am thinking we will find out soon that the "IM transcripts" are all foney as $3 dollar bills. Foley was vulnerable because of the e-mails and being gay and is now somehow being blackmailed.
Of course he didn't. After learning of the creepy and inappropriate emails, Hastert did absolutely nothing. How can you expect him to discover the IMs?
Doing nothing about the emails is why Hastert is in trouble with moral values Republicans.
He is a graduate of the Illinois political machine that produced Rostenkowski, Daley, and Ryan.
The guy knows how to play the game, trust me, this is a counteroffensive here.
BUT--he won't resign, because he didn't do anything wrong--sorry, those e-mails were creepy but certainly not actionable.
On the other hand, if Hastert is good and pissed about this situation, as he should be, and comes out fighting the way George Allen SHOULD have when HE was smeared, this could be what completely demolishes the Dems' hopes this year.

Does anybody know the story of his future? I heard that he was planning on retiring after the next term anyways before all this nonsense broke. Is that still the plan here?

Huh? Because ABC lied Hastert should resign? Because a gay congressman had a cyber-affair with an 18 year old man Hastert should resign? I don't think so.
