I disagree, I believe Ann would have shown Hawaiian officials Obos Hawaiian BC if necessary in order to try anc keep custody. I don’t know any court cases where BC’s of children are presented unless their is a dispute. I think the divorce was uncontested and OBo Sr was at Haaarvard.

It’s very easy to call an internet image a forgery. Learned it from the birthers.

But in this case it’s true.

I didn’t trust the original COLB image and I wouldnt trust this. Proof of Obama’s Hawaii birthplace is based on multiple additional pieces of evidence. Disproving it requires pieces of evidence much stronger than a single unsourced doc image.

Get the actual document and someone to vouch for the *original* official doc before you invest any credibility in it. The ‘ring of fakery’ is not just that you’ve got a single image, not high enough resolution on lettering. It’s that Orly only has a ‘copy’ and only an anonymous source. Hmmmm - Bush’s TANG docs was also from ‘anonymous’. Very convenient for making it impossible to trace how and where it came from.

I’m taking a break from this for a month. Get more info. Let’s see how it shakes out.

They do show one or two. One of them is a certification on the same day (Feb. 17, 1964) of a birth in August, 1961 (Aug. 9 or something)...

I note from the Kenyan BC that the "Year of Present Marriage" states 1961. If Obama was born Aug/4th/61, then he was conceived out of wedlock. Maybe they "Had" to get married? Am I missing anything here?

A certified copy must bear the date of the certification. So if this is a “certified copy” then it was issued in Feb 1964.

Been playing catchup. Take a nap and you're 2000 comments back. A few things. Some posts assert that the original Kenyan BC is most likely destroyed. I'm skeptical of that, because official records are taken quite seriously even in what we'd consider third world backwaters, and second, they probably exist in hand bound ledgers. Tampering or theft would be immediately evident, and then we are back to square one where the only thing that would clear it up is Obama to release his Hawaiian long form BC. And yes, the burden of proof is on him to prove who and what he is, not us. Ask anyone behind a window at a motor vehicle department.
