The facts have to be established by SOME formal trial procedure. The putative Executive Branch cannot be tried by the Judiciary, even though Hussein is in all likelihood a fake ass counterfeit usurper. That would be a violation of seperation of powers. The FACT of it must be established using the only constitutional method to remove a POTUS, the Article I Sec. 3 impeachment process, and or the XX amendment. After he is a private citizen, we can try him for all the criminal offenses that he has committed.
None of this changes the fact that I would enjoy dragging him from the Oval Office by his big jug ears.

We aren’t LATCHING on to the birth certificate issue, we ARE the birth certificate issue. It’s just a matter of people who go “huh? Not a Natural Born Citizen?” and are either convinced or not.

Oh, well, happy to hear the Memphis paper solved the case. Me, being a doubting thomas, googled for this unnamed resolution the paper spoke of and found the House declared Hussein’s place of birth Hawaii per the 111th CONGRESS / 1st Session / H. RES. 593. However, try as I might, I found no reference to the House declaring him a natural born citizen as one of the eligibility requirements for POTUS. Golly gee whiz, don’t tell me Memphis just pulled that one out of their ear without bothering to do the least bit of verification.

Oh, and that law is irrelevent since he was not born to a couple ‘out of wedlock’. Legal documents (divorce decree) show a marraige in Feb of 1961.

The law discusses the immigration law. There is a different standard for out of wedlock fathers versus mothers. It upheld the different standard.
You are missing the point.
Obama’s mother was not wed. The marriage was Void Ab Inition. Therefore, the out of wedlock provision applies unless you can find another law that protects poor baby from Lying Bigamist daddy.
1 year residency requirement.

It would however be good legal practice for one or both attorneys to have at the ready any evidence they may want to present to prove or disprove any subject matter of the trial especially if it was contested.
Do you think this was a possible practice since the father was a foreign national?
