I honestly do not think that anything in our Constitution, US Code, written laws, etc., addresses this possibility in any kind of detail. It would be a good thing for the capable minds here on the Freep to look into.
Having said that, I believe there's only one way to truly undo this, and it will take a march by We the People upon Washington. I mean, how else to undo all this? And this crap some are floating about, "some things cannot be undone..."; well that's a crock of bull. As a freeper responded pithely to whoever floated that nonsense, "...since you didn't get to see me commit the crime and I've spent half the loot, you really can't do anything about it..."
It wouldn't just be about getting the usurper out of the WH... what about the corruption within most of those 535 Congressmen & Senators who have actively abetted the usurper's taking of power (Stretch Pelosi signed off on his eligibility)? Or those who didn't take a stand to ask for the proof? All it would have taken was one elected Rep to say, "Show Me". But not even ONE did so.
What about all the judges who have dismissed the various and numerous lawsuits, on the grounds that a citizen of the United States does not have the standing to request proof that the man serving as de facto President actually is eligible? Or telling a presidential candidate (Keyes) that he has no standing, or his suit has no merits? Are we to simply say to them, "it's ok, oh mighty Robed One, you get to keep serving in your lifelong appointment to be the arbiter of our laws" after they have just brutalized the Constitution in this manner?
Chrysler, GM - I'm not a finance guy, but these are big companies. Get the government OUT of them, let them restructure, let them get leaner and meaner in free market terms and hit the ground running. Ford did this before the housing crisis, things looked like crap for them, but now more and more Americans are deciding they're NOT going to buy the American version of a ZIL, and instead will buy an authentic American car. Whatever hits they take, and I'm sure they'll be harsh - can they be worse than to have a Fascist government, ala Hitler's Nazi Germany & Mussolini's Italy, running the show?
Stimulus? I think only 15-25% has been handed out, and that has been the payback to the dhimmi special interests. Undoing the rest of it now means that ACORN - Obama's little bande nere fascisti proto-army-in-the-making, will lose that 5 BILLION dollars consigned to them from that stimulus package.
Think about that... an organization facing numerous voting fraud charges and indictments, getting paid with BILLIONS of dollars from a stimulus package forced by the obama-reid-pelosi triumvirate. Who wouldn't want to undo that? Or how about that section of the stimulus package which reserves a sizeable percentage for disbursement in 2011 & 2012 - now if that doesn't sound like a ready made, multi-billion dollar campaign coffer for the dhimmis to use during the next national election cycle, then I don't know what does.
Man, I could go on, but the bottom line is this - whatever would need to be undone, and I think it should be ALL of it, do you trust our current elected officials to have the integrity to carry it out? These officials are a part of the problem! They act, even to this day, to this moment, as if WE work for THEM!! Are we to trust these vermin to be faithful to our Constitution??? Are we to say "Fix it" to the very same slime who have broken and abused it without account or punishment? We cannot - the whole lot should be farred and teathered.
No sir, for this sort of crisis, only We the People can fix this.
