The DU'ers have already said on the night this story "broke" that they'd flood the internet with forgeries to discredit Orly's. I have every reason the "punked" image is just another attempt at that.
Like I said before...
The "punked" image proves nothing more than how easily Obama's "Certification of Live Birth" may be forged as well.
I think she’s right.
I know it wasn’t “fake” anything when I first went to scribd and I also know that the first one Orly presented had a tear in the upper right hand corner. Why that is clear memory to me, I don’t know.
If the govt is totally corrupt like the judiciary - what purpose does it serve except to enrich corrupt elites.
The country may go broke before the govt falls. Maybe in a month or two.
I received a hospital certificate for my oldest daughter (born in IL in 1960) but nothing for my younger 3 born in CA — 1961, 1963, 1965. I had to order “official” certificates for all of them from the both states to enroll them in school, to get SSNs, and various otehr reasons.
The “hospital certificate” was very pretty with a picture of the hospital and my daughter’s inky footprints and a gold seal. My mother had one of those for me too, but the CA hospitals (at least mine) had discontinued issuing the fancy ones by the time my kids were born. The “hospital certificate” wasn’t good for anything except a souvenier anyway. I suppose if you child was kidnapped, you’d have a copy of the footprints, but that was about it.
One I remember is that an oh ("O") has been inserted in the number as a zero; the real number as I recall is a digit.
Soap's initials have been changed--I think EF is the soap; KF was the registrar. Other initials were changed. A handful of other changes were made. There is an issue about a one in one of the numbers--it may be that one of the one's is a typed one; the other is a small L.
But a complete list of the hack changes should be found and made available.
Someone Polarik is not mad at should try to learn if the copy of the Orly/Joe Birth Certificate he considered is the original or the hacked copy. If Polarik has really looked at the true Orly/Joe and pronounced it fake, I would be interested in hearing what features he identifies as fraudulent. Off the cuff, the original looks pretty good to me--the criticisms of the substance (the issuer entity; the shilling penny fee issue; etc.) have all been addressed satisfactorily to my mind. I read into something Orly said earlier that some cursory lab work had been done and neither the ink nor the paper looked fake. I don't see anything on the face of the document that doesn't look good.
The end of September? October at the latest? Better buy more beans and rice.
There is a hint of derivative citizenship under Kenya’s current statutes, requiring registration rather than being automatic, so speculating that such may have existed under the prior UKC government is not exactly far-fetched:
KENYA
CITIZENSHIP: Citizenship laws are contained in the Kenyan Constitution.
BY BIRTH: Every person born in Kenya after December 11, 1963, becomes a citizen of Kenya if, at the date of birth, at least one parent is a citizen of Kenya. This rule does not apply if:
The father possesses immunity from lawsuit and legal process as accorded to the envoy of a foreign State accredited to Kenya.
The father is a citizen of a country with which Kenya is at war and the birth occurs in a place then under occupation by that other country.
BY DESCENT: Any person born outside Kenya after December 11, 1963, becomes a citizen of Kenya at the date of birth, if at that date, their father is a citizen of Kenya.

My sister in law thinks that she has a skirt made out of the same fabric as that spread.
What about before 1963 ???
When I am looking at one, for shorthand purposes, I look at the number in the very top--the No.--there is a oh ("O") in the number trying to look like a zero which is really, as I recall, some other number; Lavender's initials are not the soap (EF); they are something else; etc. I look for those to tell me pretty clearly I am looking at a fake.
I’ve come to the conclusion that none on the internet copies should be trusted.
Orley apparently had to scan or convert to jpeg her document to put it in form to fax or electronically send...I’m certain she would not allow the original to get out of her person or another safe person’s possession.
BTW you should check out SIR Edward Lavender, who may have been a registrar in Kenya in 1961. M orginal thought was the guy whose name began with “K” left his mark when he altered the document.
Your testimony about mother’s maybe not learning to change diapers right away is very interesting but my own limited observation is that it happens pretty fast—my baby delivery doctor friends all say much less than 48 hours.

That’s true now but back in the 60’s it was common to be in the hospital for up to a week for a normal delivery and healthy baby. Back them often they changed the diapers in the nursery and the mothers only had them for short visits, then they were taken back to the nursery.
I agree. The Obamaites' admitting to the blatant use of forgeries certainly doesn't help them show any authenticity for the much more questionable Fight the Smears image.
That “spread” is either a bedspread, or a tablecloth, called Madras. I had 2 of those in the 1960s. They were very popular in those days.
The Malware my Zone Alarm catches is Trojan Downloader. i get it everytime I go to Orly’s Blog. The main page is infected and some other pages but not all.
The responses here to the objections are far better than anything he has published yet; and we have identified the issues in the hacked document.
Although at the end of the day, it should not make any difference because what the judge would be looking at is the real certificate, not an image.
However in part the battle is for the attention of the voting public and a clear response to this is going to be helpful.

The info is just copied from the 1961 info and copied onto a 1964 form...
If I send to NZ for a BC for myself in 2009 I’m not going to get a 1948 form ...
