Blogger admits Hawaii birth certificate forgery, subverting Obama claims (Uh-oh)
Israel Insider ^ | 3 July 2008 | Reuven Koret

Posted on 07/03/2008 4:35:19 PM PDT by SE Mom

Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.

The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.

The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.

Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.

McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

I’ve gone over that announcement/Nordyke story so often I’m tired of it. IIRC Nordyke had something to do with nuclear medicine. Connected to the Straub Clinic. In the same street as the birth announcement address, from memory.

Recognize the name of the street?

Oh, yes.

According to the newspaper article (link at #7649) Mr. and Mrs. Barack H. Obama, (Sr.) resided at 6085 Kalanianaole Hwy.

Where is the birth announcement for the Nordyke twins? Were their names eventually removed and another name substituted in the same space? ... just askin'

Checking census documents all the way back to 1930, and other demographics info, there has never been an African race in Hawaii anywhere, anytime. Negro, Black, and only recently, African American. NEVER African alone.

That Straub Clinic was the son not the father though. The father was in X-rays IIRC. The hoi poloi had to have their own Straub Clinic in their own neighborhood so as to not associate with the riff raff and the Straub Clinic in the birh announcement Clinic wasn’t opened until 1980.

"... and the Straub Clinic in the birh announcement Clinic wasn’t opened until 1980.

which is only significant if the birth announcement was placed in the paper at the time he was born in Hawaii (you might remember this subject is still under debate)and NOT after many years...replacing an announcement of someone else's child (or twins) Even for all your past comments that a substitution isn't possible, I still believe it is. Until I hear from someone who has seen the original material, that's what I think happened. I wonder if the orginal record still exists or if it has been destroyed by now?

Coincidence that the wife (Eleanor Nordyke) pops up and says she gave birth to twins on the same day in the same hospital, then the birth announcement shows the same street address as her husband's clinic? And the twins birth was never announced at all?

My position, (until someone proves otherwise) is that the birth announcement is as bogus as the certificate of live birth on fightthesmears.

I’m in agreement with you Mr. Nerks. The Chief’s theory was that Grandma placed the article to save face and give respectability to her daughter’s condition. Now that we face an assortment of photoshopped pics and documents, it is more likely that the announcements are fake too.

Mr. & Mrs. blah blah blah would lend no decency to her daughter since her daughter’s name is not mentioned in the announcement. Since no one seems to have seen or know the Dunham daughter was pregnant, what shred of cover or decency would an Obama announcement provide for Stanley Ann?

Besides, Madelyn would have made a wiser choice on the address. She would have chosen a rental home near the University of Hawaii, not the priciest spot on the island owned by the college professor. She had record access to property titles through the bank. If Madelyn had planted the announcement in 1961 to impress the Dunham friends, it coulld have led to a huge embarassment. Can you imagine friends of the Dunhams stopping by to visit the new baby and knocking on the Leffredge’ door? Or mailing newborn baby gifts and sending flowers for Stanley to a wrong address?

This was planted long after 1961. Likely, at the time of one of the book writings, the run for Congress, or the run for the Senate.

I am entirely in agreement with your common-sense summary.

...The Chief’s theory was that Grandma placed the article to save face and give respectability to her daughter’s condition...

Unfortunately, often repeated, that theory ultimately became a hindrance to further investigation.

This was planted long after 1961. Likely, at the time of one of the book writings, the run for Congress, or the run for the Senate.

Maybe at the same time as the date stamp of 6 June 2007 on the rear of the 'certification of live birth'.

Mr. & Mrs. blah blah blah would lend no decency to her daughter since her daughter’s name is not mentioned in the announcement.

Excellent observation. No one on the island remembers the 'wedding' - the birth of the child, and no one ever saw 'Mr & Mrs Obama' together with a baby. The entire 'family story' comes from Dreams From My Father...which the forged documentation attempts to follow.

And the third point: Since the announcement was allegedly placed for 6085 Kaliananole Highway, there should be other links that connect their stay at that address. There is no documentation or collaborating evidence that they ever lived at that address or were associated with that home.

Does that June date coincide with the death of the elderly Lefforge survivor that was the real occupant of the home.? Isn’t this kind of similiar to the posthumous publishing of the interview of the Soetoro’s Indonesian landlord. Dead men can’t refute or confirm the facts.

5/14/09 Now There Are Two

A Virginia congressman, very quietly, has signed onto a measure in Congress that would require presidential candidates to verify their eligibility to hold the highest elected office in the United States.

WorldNewsDaily earlier reported when freshman Rep. Bill Posey, R-Fla., filed H.R. 1503, an amendment to the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971.

According to the Library of Congress' bill-tracking website, H.R. 1503 would "require the principal campaign committee of a candidate for election to the office of president to include with the committee's statement of organization a copy of the candidate's birth certificate, together with such other documentation as may be necessary to establish that the candidate meets the qualifications for eligibility to the Office of President under the Constitution."

The plan has been referred to the House committee on House administration, where it has remained.

Now, Virginia Republican Bob Goodlatte has signed on as a co-sponsor, putting a notice on his website that it's one of the efforts in which he's joining.

Including “mixed”. They use abbreviations, but not African. Also, immigration statistics.
They do not use countries or continents on birth certificates as racial identifiers. The only exception I could find to this is Asian.

“Sometime in June 2008 before the 12th of the month...” refers to the COLB that was "ordered by Obama or someone acting for him" in 2008, and not 2007. Okubo made that slip of the tongue when questioned by Politifact and Factcheck. That's why I've said no COLB for Obama was ever ordered in June 2007: which is what you'd expect for something that does not exist.

I wasn’t necessarily tying the date of the release of the Certificate with the June 12, 2008 date. I was trying to see how the sudden discovery of the birth announcement coincides with the death of the legitimate owner (witness) of the home that was alleged to be the first home of Der Fueher. So in other words, the recent death announcement of the 1961 resident triggers the announcement, since now it is presumed to be a “safe address” to utilize as home plate.

When were the birth announcements ‘discovered?’

Well Glory-Bee!
How does July 22, 2008 sound as the birth announcement ‘discovery date.’
Ten days from Lefforge’s death is plenty of time to cut, typeset, & paste a new record! From what I’ve read, the announcements were scanned and emailed by the librarian in Hawaii to a blogger named Lori and then to the TD blog.

Unfortunately, they should have put more time into researching a safer and more practical address. Whomever suggests that CIA is behind this has got to be joking. No one at the agency would have been so stupid as to have chosen an address that is easily traced to a family occuping the home. Nor would they have selected a property grossly beyond the means of the supposed occupants. They would have safely chosen Bear-icks or the Dunham’s address. This birth announcement was done by someone wishing to uplift the early status of their beloved leader by selecting a pricy address and not doing their homework.

In 1961 the Dunhams lived on Kamehameha Avenue while Obama Sr lived on 11th Avenue. The Lefforge family, including their 3 children under the age of seven were residing at the luxury home listed on Obama’s newly found birth announcement - 6085 Kalanianaole Highway.

It is highly improbable that the Lefforges would move an African 25 year old male and his pregnant teenage girlfriend into their home. Why would anyone want unemployed college students and a newborn baby living in their family home with their own three young children?

And since the Mr. Lefforge died 10 days prior to the appearance of the ‘birth announcement’ that listed his address, we can’t ask him. But we do know that the next door neighbors testify that Obama, his mama, and his ‘papa’ never lived there. What a tangled web of lies...

AFFIDAVIT OF

http://wnd.com/files/baro.pdf

“...The following image is a widely circulated clip on the internet, among other sources, of “The Sunday Advertiser” presumably published August 13th, 1961 in Honolulu, showing

In Hawaii, WND was able to locate at the Honolulu public library microfilm of a notice placed in the Sunday Advertiser Aug. 13, 1961. The announcement in the “Births, Marriages, Death” section read: “Mr. and Mrs. Barack H. Obama, 6085 Kalanianaole Hwy., son, Aug. 4.”

Arakaki told Baro’s investigators she had no recollection of Obama being born or of the family living next door having a black child born to a white mother.

Baro sent a team of investigators to Honolulu to explore records regarding current residents of Kalanianaole Highway and to track down residents back to 1961.

Baro’s investigators were unable to locate any current or past resident of Kalanianaole Highway who could recall Obama or his family living at the address listed in the Sunday Advertiser announcement.

Baro also sent investigators to the newspaper offices to examine files, but the Advertiser could not confirm who actually placed the ad.

According to Baro’s affidavit, Beatrice Arakaki affirmed she was a neighbor of the address listed. She has lived at her current residence of 6075 Kalanianaole Highway from before 1961 to the present.

Moreover, Arakaki said she believed that when Obama lived with the Dunhams, his grandparents, the family address was in Waikiki, not on Kalanianaole Highway.

Baro was able to determine the previous owners of the residence at 6085 Kalanianaole Highway – the alleged address of Obama’s parents when he was born – were Orland S. and Thelma S. (Young) Lefforge, both of whom are deceased.

http://www.worldnetdaily.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=83851

(That’s the first mention of microfilm for which I can quote a source.)

Does anyone recall the story told by the woman who went to the library and asked an attendant to see the microfilm, and when she told the attendant what she was looking for, the attendant replied ‘ oh, I have that here in my folder, someone else wanted that a few days ago, and I just happen to have a copy?)

Exactly LucyT!

It is a tangled web of lies.

The question is are the dems slick enough to have created it just to keep us busy, which I do not believe, or is this the ultimate test for conservative researchers everywhere.? ,P> The future of the country may depend on what we find. It could be that important.

From Page 5 of the comments link at Atlas Shrugged:

Pamela,
A research librarian at the Hawaii State Library just told me she will email me a copy of BOH’s birth announcement. She stated someone else had asked for that info recently and still had it readily available in her folder. It appeared in the Honolulu Sunday Advertiser on Aug. 13, 1961. It said that Mr. and Mrs. BHO had a son on Aug. 4, 1961. Gives their address as 605 Kalaninole Highway. It does not give the name of a hospital were the birth occurred or the name of the son.
So, to me, the question remains- Was BHO Jr. actually born on US soil? BHO needs to provide verifiable proof of the exact location (Hawaiian hospital) where he was born.
If you would like a copy of the newspaper birth announcement I will be happy to send it to you along with the name of the woman I spoke with on the phone. P.S. I live in Michigan...GO PAMELA!!!!!

Now see comment #7679. BOTH copies of a ‘birth announcement’ one to Texasdarlin by ‘Lori’ and one to Atlas Shrugged ‘by Infidel Granny’ ORIGINATED FROM AN E-MAIL! Is it just me...or is it another COINCIDENCE?

There are no coincidences. The person probably is a freeper, too. Planting false information. Wonder which FR list they are on.

Methinks no one has ever seen either the microfilm or microfilch. When the forged COLB was shown...they knew the next thing they would need is a birth announcement, so...they created one.

And a very helpful attendant at the library just happened to have what they wanted - available in her folder. She scanned what she had and e-mailed it. So simple.

Maybe an attorney or paralegal could do a title search (Registrar of Deeds) on the residence in question, which would at least show who owns it/owned it when.

I do not recall if the Dunhams were down as owners or renters, if the latter, it might not help.

As I've said before, a telephone call by Madelyn Dunham to both of these newspapers, or a personal appearance at them, was all that would have needed to get these birth announcements published in 1961. However, there is also a better than even probability that the original microfilm was replaced with microfilm taken of a forged newspaper printout. I don't think that the microfilm was spliced because the type and typesetting is also off. I've explored all sides of the birth announcement debate, and my conclusion still comes down to “Big Woof!!!” THAT being said, however, the sudden "revelation" of this birth announcement, after questions about the autheticity of ZERO's COLB had been raised, and one which has a false address, coupled with the fact that no birth announcement for the Nordyke twins appears anywhere in either paper, is enough to warrant its own investigation. Anyone who insists that these birth announcements could ONLY have come directly from Vital Records and nowhere else is either ignorant of the ways things are actually done, or is deliberately lying. I spoke with the editors of both papers. I spoke with the Head of Vital Records. All of them confirmed that family members were ALWAYS permitted to submit birth announcements directly to the newspaper, and that they were NEVER crosschecked with official Vital Records. The reason is, "Why?" There is absolutely no need to verify them. A birth announcment is not a legal document and cannot be used in any probative way. It is a total nonissue in comparison to fabricating a government-issued birth certificate. You can go to jail for doing that, but there’s no penalty for placing a false birth announcement. It is not a case of false advertising. It is not identity theft. But, even a child can see the connection between the less-than-authentic BC and this less-than-authentic birth announcement.

What do you make of the odd dotted line above Obama birth announcement or the continuous line near the bottom that seems to be drawn there?

To me at least it looks like the dots are tops of some other lettering, quite possibly those Twins that were born within hours of Obama.

How funny, the Vital Records were supposed to trigger the Official Birth Announcements for the paper!

Those records were already checked and scoured by investigators and Freepers for all the variations of Barry, Barack, Dunham, Soetoro, Stanley-Ann, etc. Prior to the newspaper announcements being “discovered” there was Zero records found in the State of Hawaii for TOTUS. Two other states were searched, as well.

He wasn’t there folks, the announcements, like the COLB, and many of the photographs are in all probability BOGUS.

Here is one link from early July, three weeks prior to the “newspaper findings”. Of course the Clinton’s Private Investigators would have looked at the state records available to the public six months prior.

Thanks for the ping, Polarik.

Will have to read this later when I have time to concentrate. There are still many more questions than answers to the soap opera that is BO’s life. God help us.
