Hawaii Official Who Died After Crash Wore Infant Life Vest

Hawaii's former health director who died after a plane she was traveling in crashed into the ocean was wearing an infant life vest and the pilot didn't give a safety briefing before takeoff, according to details in a National Transportation Safety Board report.

An autopsy determined Loretta Fuddy died of an irregular heartbeat from hyperventilating after she exited the plane, which landed in choppy water off the island of Molokai. The pilot and seven other passengers on the 2013 Makani Kai Air flight survived.

Pilot Clyde Kawasaki reported to the NTSB that he heard a loud bang, followed by an immediate loss of engine power soon after the single-engine Cessna took off from Molokai, headed for Honolulu.

Wouldn’t matter they were all in on it. This was a planned ditching of the plane from start to finish everyone on the plane was in on it.

As always, I respect and admire your warrior spirit. If only more were of a similar mettle as you.

The world is insane and it hurts me to read about what you and your family have gone through for doing right and fighting the good fight in service of Truth.

Hopefully, Matthew 5:38-48, 2 Samuel 16:12 and others continue to guide you through the insanity to the place Job 42:12 has for you and your family.

"It’s the perfect poison... It’s a fast, perfect way to get away with deliberately giving somebody dementia."

Hmmm...like maybe President Ronald Reagan, second term?

Reagan spoiled many plans and upset quite a few apple carts.

I can see the darksiders thinking that, one way or another, he had to go.
Then, "they" got back to business.

Ever since, it's been their new normal's non-stop, fundamental transformation.

Personally, I can't stand the smell of our new owners' new world odor.

Smells like fresh BS on hot blacktop with a stink so bad it makes my eyes water and my heart cry.

If the witness accounts are anyone that was on the plane they are irrelevant and probably false.

Think about it if you were Loretta Fuddy and had certified obmas BC as true it had to occur to the regime, who are all about his legacy at this point, that sooner or later the wrong/right question would be asked of her and it would all come out. That he wasn't born in Hawaii.

How to prevent that without killing someone who had been willing to help was the question val/jar most likely asked herself.

How bout a plane crash and then declare Fuddy dead. Problem solved.

....the conclusion must be it's the dangling right hand of the mannequin that Jake is holding aloft. It's nicely manicured, too!

Exactly thats what it is.

How many things are wrong with that scenario? And given how many of those wrong things there are, why should we believe her death is just exactly what those plane occupants said about it?

well said.

“she had to have an unreported/untreated heart condition”

According to her family, she said she had an irregular heartbeat.

“At Thanksgiving time, Loretta had told them that she had some kind of irregular heartbeat. She said at the time that she planned to get it checked out.” Fuddy’s sister and brother-in-law December 30, 2013 statement to NTSB

Hollstein made it to shore in an estimated six minutes he’s former green beret.all nine could have been onshore in no time at all but that was not the plan!!some were standing in the nearby waters.

Yes, the pilot reported to the FAA that he was at about 300 feet, rounding the turn to Honolulu when he had a catastrophic engine failure and the engine stopped. In a later, written statement to the NTSB, he changed that altitude to 500' AGL (above ground level), when neither one was anywhere close to being correct!

The Makani Kai Air pilot was an 18,000-hour former captain for Aloha Airlines--what a demotion to be flying a puddle jumper!--and would know not to turn away from the runway heading until he's reached at least 500'. Sure enough, the top picture shows the fateful craft above 400' with yet another 26 seconds to go before he ends his take-off video portion.

The lower picture shows the craft no longer above the ground, yet with at least another 15 seconds to go.

Such an experienced pilot knows the altitudes in the take-off profile that would have been a habit for him in the Grand Caravan. To tell the FAA the falsehood that he was at about 300' rounding the turn for Honolulu would mean he would have had to begin his turn immediately upon rotation, which for a Part 135 commuter airline pilot spells "reckless and dangerous" to FAA Inspectors, yet the FAA file on the crash makes no mention of pilot certificate action.

How do we suppose in over two and a half years of investigation that the NTSB team of investigators let the pilot's changing representations about his altitude stand in the NTSB final reports despite their having the very evidence shown in this slide? Is that called, "looking the other way?" Could it be something more? Worse!?   And would that be called corruption?

The videographer, who met with the pilot after crash day and has been FB friends with him later gave a media interview, in which he said the craft descended from betwenn 1000' and 1500'. Whoopsie! That sounds a whole lot more accurate than what the pilot told the FAA and NTSB!   Why would he say such a thing!?   What in the world is tougher to tame that the tongue!?

NOAA/National Weather Served reported the measured water temperature one hour after the crash to have been 26C/79F.

Lynette and Scotty's conversation with the NTSB IIC contradicted what her brother Lewis had said: that there was no such history of a heart problem with Loretta Fuddy.

The claim that Loretta had told them over Thanksgiving dinner that "she had some kind of irregular heartbeat" "that she planned to get [] checked out" is a mighty convenient recollection!

And the quality of detail on that mannequin’s hand - including it being plump like Fuddy’s hands would be - says this mannequin was intended to look like a real person who is really dead. They make very life-like mannequins, and if it was posing as a dead person a casual observer couldn’t tell the difference. Medical personnel obviously could but then if they were told it was an emergency drill it would explain why the first USCG guy there passed her over as if she was obviously dead (who knows, maybe the mannequin had rigor mortis...) and yet they claimed she was in “critical condition” once in the helo. If the note on her body said, “critical condition” they would know that this drill involved a person supposedly in critical condition.

What we know is that the USCG claimed to have retrieved somebody in a lifejacket that the real Loretta Fuddy was not wearing when she was videotaped in the water. If she quietly let go of Yamamoto’s hand and slowly drifted off to sea, as the story is told, there was no opportunity for anybody to change out her lifejacket (and why would anybody do that anyway?) The obvious conclusion is that what the USCG picked up was NOT the real Fuddy but was passed off as Fuddy. Maybe because it had red curly hair and lifelike, pudgy hands, like the mannequin in the seat in front of the videographer, which was quickly carried out of the plane by Jacob Key who (according to the spiderweb tattoo on his elbow) was a fellow Subud follower who lived on Oahu - which is why he had to travel to Kalaupapa to stay with his wife there for five days until flying back to Honolulu with her at the end of those five days - and probably met often with Loretta Fuddy...

Well it’s no wonder, then, that Ferdinand Puentes was treated for hypothermia!

At http://www.myweather2.com/swimming-and-water-temp-index.aspx it says,

“Water Temperature of the Sea Equal to or Above 26°C (79°F)

For swimming in this is considered very warm and would be enjoyed be all. With this temperature you can stay active in the water for extended periods of time without feeling uncomfortable.”

So this would be like a very warm swimming pool. Puentes was in the water maybe an hour and a half so it would be like somebody swimming a little past the hourly rest-break they give minors, in a very warm swimming pool.

Like I said, it’s no wonder he was treated for hypothermia.

There had to be a reason they treated him for hypothermia. I wonder if he had a tag on him that said “HYPOTHERMIA” just like the Fuddy doll most likely had a tag that said “CRITICAL CONDITION”...

Their statement was made on December 30th, 2013 and his was made after the autopsy was released in January of 2014.

What Loretta Fuddy told her brother about her medical history is unknown to us. We do not know what the dynamics of that family were. Maybe she only confided medical stuff to her sister. We don’t know.

But the fact remains shortly after the accident her family did tell investigators that she said she had a had an irregular heartbeat.

If you choose to discount the sister’s earlier statements to investigators - feel free to pick and choose whatever facts you need to confirm your theories.

If one knows insurance companies, engine manufacturers, and even taxpayers are "just out there", poised to be soaked for a little extra "compensation," the more one can claim to have suffered in a "tragic accident," the better. The term "scam artist" comes to mind.

Exactly you have got it.
And not to realize that this is a huge conspiracy with multiple agencies all in on it would be naive.
To think that the regime can’t get to the ntsb is also naive.
NO one is telling the truht in this entire scenario.

Right with an 18 knot wind but light seas. No 6 footers out there. And no where near the swell to do the reported damage to the original engine as reported and shown. The engine story is just so good it wreaks of a grimms fairy tale.Five saw blade cuts and all. A second engine was undoubtedly brought into play to make believe the first was severely damaged which it was not. There had to be some sort of evidence that the engine received catastrophic damage to pretend that it stopped running which can be proved that it did not. This according to numerous audio tapes. Even the one cooperating in the con screwed it up along with a statement by a nervous liar who actually mentioned two engines.

The whole thing is a Grimms fairy tale that needs to be unwound.

Makes sense,I know there was a mannequin having seen it what I don't know is what happened to Fuddy. All I can do is speculate. My guess is she was ushered onto a naval vessel by a frogman/diver and by now shes 50 lbs. lighter and you wouldn't recognize her face.

Knowing the regime she's still in Hawaii. They are all about in your face and in plini sight. They love sticking it to whitey.

The whole thing was a con. The fact that the older guy referenced before, the green beret, swam to shore in six minutes should let you know just how far out they were, or were not. There is little reason all of them couldn't have been brought right up to shore. Why is the green beret guy leaving when he could easily have helped others? It wasn't in the script. They all followed a script.
