Attorney Taitz filed a NOTICE OF MOTION AND MOTION to Expedite authentication, MOTION for Issuance of Letters Rogatory for authenticity of Kenyan birth certificate filed by Plaintiff Alan Keyes PhD.

He is a radical on this point. As far as Hatch is concerned, everybody who is a citizen, no matter if they are raised in a foreign country, by foreign parents, deserves a shot at the office.

Consistent with our democratic form of government, our citizens should have every opportunity to choose their leaders free of unreasonable limitations. Indeed, no similar restriction bars other critical members of government, including the Senate, the House of Representatives, the Supreme Court, or the President's most trusted cabinet officials.

A shoestring can be presented as evidence or naval lint. The question is what amount of weight will it carry. The court will not accept this photograph as a certified documentation of the existence of a Kenyan BC. However, it isn't being tendered as such either. It is being tendered as some proof that discovery of the matter overseas needs to be made. So she has asked the court to issue letters of Rogatory (basically requests to international courts to help do something) to see if UK Courts and or Kenyan Courts will issue orders to get documentation to authenticate or discredit this photograph.
If you read her motion you also find out she is headed to London this morning (this has been in the works a couple weeks) to go make personal requests of the back up evidence in the UK.
This is going to get pretty interesting. The only thing I wish we knew was th source of this photograph.

Actually, for some reason Mombasa was the city mentioned by the interviewer (can't remember his name) in that recorded interview with Obama's grandmother. (In the full audio, she disputes that he was born in Kenya). Why Mombasa was brought up in that interview, I don't know (If anyone knows the full back-story, please let me know), but IF this document is a forgery, that would seem to be where the idea for Mombasa could have come from.
