Here is a document which references a "Trade Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Poland and the Government of the Republic of Kenya signed on 20th April, 1964"

However, the document is dated March, 1990, and may incorrectly refer to the name of the country in the prior agreement.

Otherwise, this suggests that the name "Republic of Kenya" was in use prior to December, 1964.

My reading of that amendment is that the determination of eligibility is a one shot deal. Once he is determined to be eligible and sworn in as president, he can only be removed by impeachment. Otherwise there would be no need for impeachment and the role of the Senate could simply be cut out by the House of Representatives employing the stratagem of reviewing the matter of eligibility whatever it pleases.

Under this interpretation of the Constitution you would soon have tyranny by the House of Representatives intimidating the president into obedience.the House of Representatives would have the exclusive power of impeachment which is constitutionally only to be shared with the Senate.

I simply do not think that eligibility can be determined more than once by this method. It may be that eligibility can never again be determined by any method. That is, even though someone got to be president by committing fraud, even fraud against the Constitution, he nevertheless committed that fraud before he became president. There is a strong body of constitutional scholarship that says the president can only be impeached for "high crimes and misdemeanors" committed while in office. Otherwise you would have the president being impeached for every misstep throughout his life and an opposition majority could tie a president up for his whole term.

I do not accept this argument but I am sure that the Democrats would make that argument and, like the Clinton impeachment, the idea is to kick up enough dust so that the public loses the thrust. I have outlined Bill Clinton's high crimes and misdemeanors in a previous post but the public saw it as merely a sex peccadillo and they did not wish to endanger their retirement accounts, so public opinion called for his acquittal and the Senate dutifully obliged. I agree with you that it is an anomaly to have a man in the oval office and have no constitutional or legal remedy to uphold the Constitution. That is the great principle and, as against this overwhelming truth, the idea that a high crime and misdemeanor must be committed in office as opposed to a means of getting in to office, must give way in any decent society.

One last caveat, I recall reading some very turgid article, perhaps a Law Review article, on the subject and it is not so simplistic as we are treating it.

Since it didn’t become a “Republic” until DECEMBER of 1964, and this document is dated FEBRUARY of 1964, I would think that they would still use the term “Dominion” on official paperwork. I think that’s the more reasonable explanation. It seems very unlikely to me that they would have printed up official documents with “Republic” about 11 months prior to the changeover.

Until that matter can be resolved to prove that the Kenyan gov’t did indeed use documents with “Republic” instead of “Dominion” before it officially happened, I would have to take that document as a hoax :-(

I’ve always thought there are multiple ways to crosscheck things like this. Even Soros and The Ballerina cannot purge the world of ALL incriminating documents of B.O. They can’t destroy the web of information that would confirm or deny this document. The truth doesn’t need to always be looking over its shoulder, double checking everything. At some point, the pieces will all fall into place with regard to Anne’s whereabouts and the real BC. When revealed, they will fit perfectly together. With few exceptions, a person’s true BC is an objective document that has no agenda, and its facts are unassailable. It’s not as though Anne had presidential aspirations for her son, IMO.

No, only half that thick because there would be a book A. Also, at least two bc can fit on a page so that cuts it in half again. Still, thick books though more managable but who knows how they number these things in Kenya. I do hope Orly can track this thing down and remembers to check the other 3 births (at least two on front and two on back) listed on the sheet of paper to make sure nothing has been tampered with.

It should be easy to determine if the typing was done with a "basket" key typewriter or an IBM Selectric "golf ball" typewriter.

If the latter, it is probably fake, as the IBM Selectric wasn't introduced until 1961, and it is difficult to envision it importation to this hospital in Kenya by 1964. Eventually, it achieved 75% of the US market, and so a forger would probably find a Selectric to use for the fake.

To me, the typed sections appear uniform, and thus likely produced by an electric golf ball typewriter, rather than the uneven result from a manual basket typewriter likely in use in Kenya in February 1964.

As I mentioned, I have an Underwood from the 40s/50s and I assure you that you have to almost type with your fists.

It is REALLY hard to easily [and consistently] punch the keys.

Here is a photo of one that is similar to mine. It was first patented in 1927 and superceded in the 50s by a more "portable" version that was *quite* expensive.

When my mom worked for Sinclair Oil in the 60s [yup, I'm old] she was still using a Royal brand model that was just as big and clunky as this.

She was a speed typer even on these things so she could probably have bent steel with her bare hands, if she'd wanted to...:)

Fake document.

Kenya was declared a Republic on December 12 1964 and this fake document shows Republic of Kenya and it was dated February 17 1964 i.e. before Kenya was declared a Republic.

They were on the road to becoming a republic and the government knew it. What else would they have put on their letterhead? “The Transitional Land of Kenya?”

All the other former British colonies became republics and Kenya was in the process of becoming one too.

Re Hawaiian newspaper birth announcements:

The birth announcements are stating the date on supposedly long-standing multiple microfilms in multiple Hawaiian libraries well before the elections. The director of the Hawaiian State Department of Health has also publicly corroborated the COLB (and hence the date of birth on it) as being accurate.

Take a deep breath for a bit. Too many people are making
money off of promoting conspiracies related to this issue and a lot of well intentioned folks are being manipulated.

I think that Obama was born in Hawaii but there must be something awfully embarrassing on his real birth certificate (and Occidental College Records) that was not immediately recognized until his presidential run was well under way.

All Democrats should demand he release the original BC and move on and be done with this distracting and now very negative issue for the President. However if there is nothing of issue on the long form original birth certificate, then it shows Obama to be a very trite person incapable of competently fathoming the complexities of higher leadership.
