It took 130,000 of the best troops in the world to control over 12 million people of which 15% were “insurgents”. Four “insurgents” with crude weapons could tie up 150 Marines for most of a day.

(Nemo me impune lacessit The law will be followed, dammit!)
That implies 3.25 million to control America, if 15% were insurgents.
They won’t come at us that way. They’ll do it like they always have - individually and sideways.

Hell....two dumb asses tied up much of D.C. , Maryland and Virgina....not too long ago.
I've said for years now....Teams of trained folks could paralyze cities....airports, capitals, seaports, etc...

Your premise (Four insurgents with crude weapons could tie up 150 Marines for most of a day.) is assuming that the Marines had the discretion to prosecute the engagement without having their hands tied by the pseudo -leaders in DC. I can say that if there was the choice to fully engage the enemy as it should have, their abilities (insurgents) would have been nothing more than a fart in the wind.

“Four insurgents with crude weapons could tie up 150 Marines for most of a day....”
only because of the ‘rules of engagement’
Four insurgents with crude weapons could tie up 150 Marines for most of a day.
not with proper air support....eliminate the area in which the insurgents used for their “fortress”...ELIMINATE it !!!!!
