Blogger admits Hawaii birth certificate forgery, subverting Obama claims (Uh-oh)

Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.

The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.

The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.

Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.

McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

I blame the presstitute who wrote this too. Between the two of them they are perpetuating the myth! It is no different than those at “The Honolulu Advertiser” who wrote the infamous housing article! What people in their right minds would move from a home they have lived in since they moved to HI into an apartment allowing their daughter and grandson to move into the aforementioned home? What “journalists” would phone someone and tell them their home was the first home the Dunhams and Jr had lived in? What shameless examples of why the media are no long trusted!!!!!!

API to sue Fox News Network next week for breach of agreement on the Michelle Obama tape

The time has come when the truth has to come out on what happened about the intended release of the now - much talked about - Michelle Obama tape and the Imam’s document on Obama.

Many may have believed to this day that there was no deal between API and Fox News Network. We can now say there was a deal and API will take legal action against two Fox News Network employees who broke the agreement on the tape.

API has investigated the case and has found out that the two officers did not inform their superiors about the deal they entered with API. Therefore, API has taken a decision to sue the two employees for having deprived Americans the truth, and yet they had taken the responsibility on behalf of Fox News Network to enable the release of the tape after its verification.

API will be suing for financial compensation and the return of the tapes.

More details on how much the compensation being sought amounts to, and who the two officers are - a man and a woman - will be made public the same time the case is being filed in the court.

The lawyers who handled the situation will also be enjoined in the case and made answerable for the failure to release the tapes and the Imam’s document on the Birth of Obama as agreed.

Many readers may have thought that API has misled them on the tape existence. This has caused a great deal of confusion. The readers have not understood that API’s hands were tied because of signed agreements that does not allow any party to make the signed documents public.

In court, however, parties have the right to produce the documents backing the case without being accused by any one for breaking agreed terms - not to make anything public.

API is hoping that by the order from the court, that the tapes and the Imam document will be made public by the same people who had taken the responsibility. API will seek orders from the court to direct the two Fox News Network Officers to take the responsibility and complete what they took upon themselves almost 3 months ago.

LOL I was wondering how long it would be before that application would find it’s way here! I have been stumbling across it for months, one person was posting it all over the web on any site mentioning Jr.
I did discover earlier that the latest of Jr’s relatives to immigrate to the U.S. was one Falmouth Kearney, from County Offlay Ireland, who landed in New York on March 20, 1950 at the age of 19. One of his daughter’s married into the Dunham family and was Jr’s great great great grandmother.
I also discovered that Stanley Armour Dunham’s father must have remarried, as he had a sister I didn’t know about. I found an article about her for which I will post the link here:
