Constitutional Lawyer Orly Taitz joins us tonight

TONIGHT - On my radio program...

Orly Taitz, the southern California constitutional law attorney who is representing former presidential candidate Alan Keyes (Keyes v. Bowen) and Lightfoot v. Bowen in two separate petitions being brought before the California Superior courts re: Obama's eligibility for presidency.

Taitz is asking Justice Kennedy to join Lightfoot with the Wrotnoski v. Bysiewicz case which goes before SCOTUS for a full hearing this Friday. She's appealing to us to fax our support for this action to Justice Kennedy and Associate Justices.

Just FIVE DAYS remain before the Electoral College casts ballots to determine who will lead this nation in the next four years. But do they have proof of the "president-elect's" eligibility under the Constitution?

During the phone call in which I invited Ms. Taitz to join us this evening to discuss the status of her cases, she shared some fascinating things that have come out of investigations about Obama's background.

For example, it is common knowledge that no one seems to be able to name the hospital where Obama was born. As curious, to date we do not know where his mother, Stanley Ann Dunham was treated for cancer. None of the hospitals in Hawaii have a record of her ever being there, much less treated for her terminal disease.

Adding another twist - the investigation has turned up no record of her funeral -- no funeral home, no death certificate, no coroner's or medical exam report, no burial place. We're told there was a memorial service. Where? When? No record exists of that either. Obama's sister reportedly said that Stanley Ann Dunham was cremated and her ashes were spread over the Pacific. Where was the cremation done? When?

A search of Stanley Ann Dunham's social security number, allowable once a person is deceased according to Taitz, revealed that her SS # is still active, leading investigators to three addresses in Hawaii and one in New York. Who is using Stanley Ann Dunham's social security number? Could it be a case of identity theft?

Records of Obama's grandmother Madelyn Dunham's death are not to be found either.

Curiously, also missing is any record of Stanley Ann and Barack Obama Sr.'s marriage, which supposedly took place on the island of Maui.

There's more, but I don't want to tell you all of it now. Tune in tonight at 9 p.m. ET when Orly Taitz will tell us all she knows-- and doesn't know -- about the man who would be president. And the legal efforts that have gone all the way to the Supreme Court to make him tell us.

Ill. governor meeting with Obama today

CHICAGO, ILL. — Now that Barack Obama will be moving to the White House, his seat in the U.S. Senate representing Illinois will have to be filled.

That’s one of Obama’s first priorities today.

He’s meeting with Governor Rod Blagojevich this afternoon in Chicago to discuss it.

Since federal HIPAA regulations make it illegal for hospitals to give out that information, I am not surprised that none of them answered your question.
