Excuse my english - I woke up this morning, thinking whew...holidays finally gone, we can get back to work. I was happy and all excited. Suddenly, for some reason, an image went through my mind - like a flash - an image which had everything in it in one shot and then I got sick to my stomach. I suddenly saw, in one second, all what happened last year in America - banks, auto, all the executive orders, islam invasion even in the government, dictatorial arrogance, rules of engagement, healthcare...all the same than where I escaped from - and I thought: it's too late. It's already too late.
I had a very disturbing dream last night - I was walking by myself (daylight) and suddenly a “group” of state police surrounded me and others and herded us on to a school bus. Everyone was asking questions and shouting but all I remember is the word “emergency”. We rode on the school bus to a huge house and several of us (strangers) were led into a very large room which was then locked. Those of us who had our cell phones tried calling our families, friends, but no one got an answer. Someone had Fox News on their phone but there was no mention of any “emergency”. I curled up in the fetal position on a very large bed - cried and prayed - and then I woke up. I pray it wasn’t a premonition of some sort.

I’m very familiar with conditions in Europe, they are very bad almost everywhere—and oppressive.
You are right about what you are seeing here. It is also very bad, and becoming more oppressive every day. Perhaps it’s not quite irreversible yet, but very close I think.
There are other places. There are still places in some South American countries, for example, where one can live very economically, have excellent healthcare and all utilities cheaply, and be very very free. Sadly, America is no longer the land of the free, it’s quickly becoming the land of the enslaved.

The Tea Parties and the raucous Town Hall meetings sufficiently stalled the Health Care Mess that was supposed to be signed (in our blood) last August.
This country is in Big Trouble, no doubt, and I'm as angry and heartsick as you are but we have some momentum and we can't stop fighting.
Something else you may wish to consider...
The Democrat Party and the MSM have exposed themselves for all to see. We now know who they are, what they want, and how ruthless and how much they will lie to get it. The light has been shined upon them. The polls reflect the contempt for Congress, and people are voting with their wallets regarding the MSM. They won’t be able to put that genie back into the bottle.
If I didn’t know better, I’d think they’ve been set up for destruction.
Use this as inspiration: your grandchildren will one day ask you what you did to turn this around. What will you reply?

Don’t give up. People were saying the same thing during the Carter years. Having said that, if the Dems pass amnesty for illegals then it really WILL be over. That will 100% be the end of this country.

I don’t know if a volunteer can decipher if a voting machine was tampered with long before it hits the polling place. That’s what I’m concerned with.
