Planned Parenthood CEO Warns That Down Syndrome Barbie Could Teach Young Girls To Value Human Life

NEW YORK, NY — Planned Parenthood CEO Alexis McGill Johnson issued a dire warning in response to Mattel's new Down Syndrome Barbie, saying it might cause young, impressionable girls to think that all human life has value.

"Here at Planned Parenthood, we proudly kill almost 90% of Down Syndrome babies before they have the chance to pollute the world with their inferior genetics," said Johnson. "Our eugenics program could be in jeopardy if kids start to see Down Syndrome kids as precious gifts worthy of love. We can't allow that to happen."

This could have quite an impact beyond what the Mattel marketing department thinks. I wonder if the people at the National Down Syndrome Society explained that possibility as they touted diversity to Mattel? In popular circles diversity has precise meaning.

Downs is not genetic in the usual sense. It’s almost always caused by the uneven division of the ovum, as occurs more frequently as a woman ages. There is only a tiny percentage of cases that are actually genetic as we think of it.

No amount of killing off fetuses will ever eliminate it. It would have to be by a different process that we haven’t invented yet.

At its best, satire is the ultimate weapon for taking down or weakening a much bigger enemy. This to me really speaks Truths eternal.

If we value human life, we value all human life. The most devout and dedicated lawmakers can’t do anywhere as much good as implanting the right values in a kid’s mind.
