what do you mean? the only usable third party DNA, is from the underpants. that's it. we thought it was a 10 marker sample, but apparently 2004 tests found a 13 marker sample.

I'm surprised at this development. I thought for sure that the handwriting samples were a match, especially in light of the SBTC in the yearbook and letters to his ex-wife.

Boulder DA has dropped ALL charges against JMK, according to Karr's attorney.

Just got in from running errands for my mom, and then taking care of her when I got home. She has Dementia...very bad.
Anyway, heard on Hannity that there's no DNA match. Got home and read that no charges are to be filed. I'd like to know more, as everyone, I'm curious what led us to this place.
Assuming all is true. I will accept if Karr can't be prosecuted for JB's murder...as I said, he was a possibility, until I know something different from an official source. I hope he's prosecuted for a false confession, and treated for being a nut, and locked up for whatever charges anybody, anywhere, can get him on.
And I hope the killer of JonBenet is brought to justice...some day.

absent a special prosecutor for the state of Colorado taking over this case - it will never happen.

CNN reports that the warrant has been dropped and today's hearing cancelled.
So doesn't that mean the arrest affadavit will be unsealed?
