Conspiracy theorists might wonder why Jesse Ventura took time Friday to talk with the Star Tribune for the first time since he left office in 2003.
Common folk might suggest it was simply to gin up publicity for his new book, "American Conspiracies." If you buy that obvious reasoning, you might also believe Sirhan Sirhan acted alone, that the CIA wasn't involved at Jonestown or that the 9/11 terrorist attack was just Osama bin Laden flexing his muscles.
As they say on the "X-Files" and Oliver Stone's "JFK," the truth is never that clear.
In his just-released book, Ventura again claims that a CIA operative worked in Minnesota government during his administration -- and that he assumes there is still such an agent assigned to St. Paul.

Ping
But he could still have an accident involving a mexican transvestite dwarf.
Too many folding chairs to the head?
That’s what the CIA wants you to believe.....
Who am I to argue with the CIA? LOL
...and ‘roids.
Jesse used to come off as semi-coherent. He hasn’t for a while. He’s become so loony that you have to wonder if it’s s shtick. Short of a brain tumor, it’s hard to see how you get so dumb so fast.
Have you seen his conspiracy tv show or has it already been cancelled? It was awful! Hard to believe this guy was Governor of Minnesota.....or maybe not.
Enjoyed Jesse in the WWF and as Governor from 1998-2003. Seen his show just a couple times and enjoyed it.
That’s Entertainment!!!!!
(Can you hear Liza Minnelli singing in the distance?)
With all the Somalies and Ethiopians in Minneapolis, of course the CIA would have one or more agents there.
Jesse got hit in the head too many times....
“The chair! Give him the chair!”
Hard to believe this guy was Governor of Minnesota.....or maybe not.
After Nixon directly threatened the CIA, McCord wrote his famous letter to Judge Sirica stating that there had been perjury and a cover up in the trials of the Watergate burglars. From then on, Nixon was doomed.
Another version -- which is compatible with the first -- has John Dean ordering the Watergate break in to get information about a prostitute booking service run out of the DNC. Supposedly, Dean's then wife had previously worked for the prostitution ring.
In support of Nixon's innocence as to ordering the Watergate break in is that the available tapes and recollections of witnesses indicate that he was genuinely baffled as to who did the break in and why. Nixon and his senior staff learned soon enough that their people were involved and the cover up was on.
The article states that there are ten more episodes to come....
Interesting theory...the show is a little kooky and over the top with the “X-files” stuff for my taste. But once in a while it makes interesting points...like the show on Global Warming. I would like to see Jesse run when the Senate seat is up for grabs again...and kick Stuart Smalley’s rear.....
Jesse better get more tinfoil to cover his bald head to protect him from the CIA mind reading rays and and extra underwear to protect him from space alien anal probes.
If you read the Watergate transcripts its hard to figure out what exactly he was guilty of. There are lots of rumors that Dean’s wife was a hooker and they were breaking into the DNC HQ to protect Dean. There really wasn’t any proof of anything.
Pray for America
